John exhibited effective communications skill as he explained the entire roofing process. His estimate was very competitive and more reasonable than most that I was quoted, His workmanship was accomplished. I enjoyed our working relationship as he helped me understand what goes into tearing down 2 layers and replacing one. I would definitely recommend John for all your roofing work.

We had John do 2 roofs for us. Have had no real problems. The first was our own personal home with a very steep roof. Most contractors didn't want to even bid it. John did and gave us a competitive price. It's been 4 years and it still looks great with no problems!

Since John did our own home we had him bid on our rental. Again, competitive price, we'll done, done fast, and looks great.

We did have a leak on that recently. I called John and he was out the next day and fixed the problem, a loose vent. The cause was either the recent quake or a wind storm. Regardless his response was quick and efficient.

I would highly recommend him and his crew.

Had a few issues with my roof. John came out, fixed it up for a great price, and went above and beyond with the extra care and effort. Took care of other issues I wasn’t even aware of and cleaned moss off the roof. So glad I contacted him and will definitely use him again in the future. The peace of mind he gave is worth more than I paid.

He came out to my house at the last minute to fix a little leak I had in my roof. He did a great, quick job for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend them for any repair, and I will contact him in the future for any roof repair needs.

We hired John Eager Roofing in Dec/2018 to re-roof our home. During the re-roof project it started to rain and we contacted Mr Eager, 4 different times in a 5 hour period and told him that the roof was leaking and that it needed to be covered by tarps. After 4 visits he finally covered roof. But to late water damage to upstairs costing us thousand of dollars.
Roof was finished by Eager Roofing, but within one week of completion our roof started to leak, we contacted 2 different roofing contractors to review. Both said that the roof was installed poorly and that it would have to be stripped and redone correctly, again costing us thousands of dollars. You would think that would be enough but NO, we also will have to have our home painted because Eager Roofing employees put their wet tar hands all over our vinyl siding and left black smudges which will not come off, again costing us thousands of dollars. Mr Eager at time of hire told us that he was Licensed , Bonded and Insured after looking into this he is NOT. Did I make a big mistake you bet! DON'T YOU!!!

I had an active roof leak and John came out the same day to assess the problem. After having a look and gathering materials, he returned the next day and completed the repair. I am so pleased with his work! He 100% fixed the problem, and came in well within the estimate he provided me. I would absolutely recommend John Eager Roofing Maintenance and Repair.

John came to our rescue when we developed a leak in our roof. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and was able to fit us into his schedule quickly.
When he came out to fix the roof, he showed up on time, fixed our roof, saved us some money, and cleaned up after himself... so it was almost like the leak never happened.

We love John he is such a great guy we've used him twice now and refered him our neighbors. He's quick, efficient and does quality work. I will keep using him for any future roofing projects including gutter cleaning and low pressure washes on our home.

John was very knowledgeable and was able to fix a complex leak along the side of my house with minimal demolition. John and his team put my exterior wall back together very well; you cannot even tell it had been removed.

We recently had a leak in our metal roof due to some incorrectly installed flashing by a different roofing company. Jon was very quick to respond to my inquiry, provided a very reasonable quote for the repair, and made arrangements to be out as soon as possible.

The work was done quickly and professionally, and we are very pleased with the results. We'll be utilizing John Eager Roofing's services again in the future as needed.

I have a decent sized house with zip aluminum roofing, large barn and shop. I looked for someone that would call me back, be up front as I needed a roofer in my local area I can work with from time to time. I found John in the yellow pages, sent an email describing the job. I needed work on all three buildings; he communicated quickly, arranged for a meet and gave me a quote in a few days. I was happy with the quote and we got started. Project completed within a week of the original call and exceeded my expectations! I found the company I will call for future roofing needs, I would recommend him to friends and family.
