We called Joe’s roofing in order to get a roof inspection on our home. The woman who answered and helped schedule the appointment was great to work with and very accommodating.
On the day of the appointment, Jason showed up almost exactly to the minute, which was really appreciated. He did a great job, listening to our concerns and letting us know his plan for the inspection. After going into the crawlspace, he came back with a ton of pictures and gave us a play-by-play on what is going on. He then made his way on top of the roof, with the same due diligence on pictures and explanation of what might be needed. He mentioned he would be sending over All of his findings and a quote to help fix some of the problems.
Really had a good experience and appreciate inspection.

Fast re-roof. Excellent clean-up. Whole roof took 2 days, most likely would've been done in 1 if the wind hadn't picked up heavily on the first day. Great service.

We contacted Joe's Roofing to see if we needed repairs due to some missing shingles. Jason came out and inspected it. His recommendation was that, at this point, no repairs were needed, that the roof probably had quite a few years left in it (in spite of being 23 years old), but recommended a yearly inspection. Before he left, Jason hammered down a few nails that had started to pull out. All this, and NO charge. When they get their inspection service established, we WILL be signing up for it. This company is amazing, and will get the best of recommendations from us whenever anyone asks about a roofer.

I obtained estimates from eight of the leading roofers in the area, Joes employees were prompt and professional. Anna provided me with a estimate that included color pictures of my roof. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain the products and practices used by Joes roofers. She was also proactive in following up and being easy to get a hold of for any additional questions I had. The roofers were able to complete the four bedroom single story house in just one day, and they followed the estimate perfectly. The quality of the installation was perfect all of the correct procedures and products were used. Joes roofing is one of the worst companies that I've ever dealt with. They didn't show up on the day and time they were scheduled. They never showed up on the second scheduled time. All phone calls and emails went unanswered. Joe just made excuse after excuse. Total lack of communication and customer service skills. I'd avoid the hassle and look elsewhere.

I was on a cruise when my roof was being replaced, they don't need entrance to the house, I came back to a new roof, very professionally well done, thank you Joe's Roofing.

If you're looking for a new roof on your home, I highly recommend Joe’s Roofing. My neighbor recommended him to me after they replaced her friend’s roof. The wind storms in January and February caused damage to our roof. We also knew it was time to get the roof replaced due to age. We called Joe on 2/07 and asked for an estimate on replacing our roof. He showed up later that day to see the extent of damage. We received the quote on 2/10. We were scheduled for the work to be done on 3/04. Rain was forecast for the next day so they put an extra crew on to get it done by end of day (3/04).
The roof looks great and we are happy with the results. The office staff were very helpful during the whole process.

I had just bought a house and needed the roof replaced for my insurance. Joe's got I done quick. The actual work only took a day and a couple hours the next day. We are very happy with the speed and quality.

We have been using Joe's roofing for many years, as we live on a golf course and need yearly roof repair. Joe and his team are always on-time and do the job right, which is rare these days! I recommend Joe's to all of our neighbors and friends.

Called Joe’s Roofing because they had completed a roof inspection before I had solar panels installed and they completed some minor repairs. I had a leak a year later and called Joe’s again and they sent someone out who spent 5 minutes on my roof and left without saying anything. Joe calls me and said my roof was crap and needed to be replaced. When I said they had been out the year before and said my roof was fine he said they never would have approved my roof. When I pulled up the invoice with the statement that the roof was sound he backtracked and said that employee no longer worked with them and my roof would still need to be replaced. Called my Solar Company who came out immediately for free and addressed the minor issue and reiterated my roof was in good condition after spending an hour looking everything over. Tsk tsk Joe’s. You lost a customer. I advise anyone considering work with Joe’s to most definitely get a second opinion.

They did a fantastic job! They let us know we had some bad wood and replaced it and they finished 90% of the job in a single day. They were very quick the next day when cleaning up the remaining shingles.
The only downside is that we weren't told when they were coming (date or time) so it was a bit of a surprise when they showed up

Joe’s Roofing did an awesome job with a new roof on my rental. I’m an out of state owner, so driving by and overseeing the job was not an option for me. However, based on photos after completion, the great communication during the process, and positive feedback from my tenants, I’m giving his company a five star rating. I was so impressed that I also had them come back and install new exterior siding on the house. Again, his crew did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Joe's Roofing. Specifically Everett. He did such an amazing a thorough job helping me inspect and chase down a leak I had. Prior to this I had gone through a competitor who flew a drone around for a few minutes and just said "everything looks fine." Everett on the other hand actually went up on the roof and showed me pictures of everything and gave me great next steps. I would 100% recommend Joe's over the competition any day of the week!

Joe was honest, reliable , and very nice person who believes in customer service. Best price in town, actually half the price of other quotes. We were scheduled for april 7th, but someone cancelled we were next in line. They came out the next day and did the whole job in one day. Craftsmanship from workers was above normal quality worksmanship. Would recomend them to anyone.

Joe is an honest and competent business man. Last year we had a tile roof that was leaking because of the felt rotting and failing. They removed the tile, replaced the felt with a product that is far superior, and re-installed the tile. Problem solved! We have a casita which was newer than the house so we didn't do that roof. It developed a small leak with the last wind and rain event. I called Joe and he had his people out within 2 days. It was small problem and was repaired that same day. Thank you!

I highly recommend Joe's Roofing. My house is built on the side of a hill near Verdi, and in November, a big storm rolled through, with high winds (60+ mph) that broke several concrete roof tiles. So I called Joe's Roofing. They were prompt in answering my phone call, and prompt in sending one of their guys (Jason) to inspect the damage. Jason was on time, and the repair went smoothly. He checked the rest of the roof for additional damage - fortunately there was none. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. Hopefully, future winter storms will be kind to my roof, but if they aren't, I can confidently call Joe's Roofing Reno.

As a 5th generation Nevadan, I’m always seeking a “local” company for our business needs and Joe’s Roofing checked all the boxes…friendly, efficient, reliable, professional and most importantly, quality workmanship. After a wind & rainstorm in Washoe Valley caused damage to 3 sections of our roof, I contacted Joe’s Roofing to request an estimate for repairs and never looked back. It was a couple of weeks to get the inspection and estimate; the repairs followed shortly afterwards. I was out of town when the repairs took place, but my husband was home and he couldn’t compliment the foreman and crew enough. In addition to checking all “my” boxes, the crew ensured the work areas were clean before leaving every night; which was a sign of respecting our property and very important to my husband. From the receptionist to the estimator to the scheduler to the foreman to the crew to the owner…Joe’s Roofing is an amazing company! I called to get an inspection. I had the roof re-done when adding solar to our home. A pipe was not covered and leaked all over the kitchen. I called Joe's Roofing for an inspection for leak damage. Jason came out and was on time and was able to tell us the materials used we falling apart already. Jason helped us contact the manufacturer to get some assistance with replacement. Long story short. We are looking at getting a re-roof done. The people at Joe's roofing are great, personal and really helped us. I highly recommend Joe's roofing. They were available when no other companies would even schedule to look at the roof.

Joe was angry and refused to discuss my roofing needs. only offered to fix leaks I could see. Then suggested my roof wasnt gonna hold up much longer. Im not sure why he was hostile to me when I never talked to him before the angry phone call. EDIT Joe responded to my bad review by suggesting Im a company from Las Vegas trying to discredit him. I'm not, perhaps he has forgotten my 30 year old asphalt roof in Carson City.

From a customer perspective, this is how all contractors should conduct business. Very quick turn around from when the job was bid to completion. They work really well with the HOA to make sure the customer gets the best possible product. The front office saved us a ton of money going from the ceramic tile to composite shingles. The owner showed up and made sure the job was off to a good start. The guys did a really nice job on the roof starting from the removal of the old all the way through to the installation of the new. They cleaned up dang near every little scrap of debris at the end. Thank you!!
