J&M Roofing Services recently provided roof repair/installation work that included the application of a new elastomeric membrane on the original, flat, concrete beam roof that was used when the house was built in 1981. After having six firms decline to provide quotes, one that was asking almost three times the going rate and one who's quote was competitive but would not have been able to start work any time soon, we called J&M at their New Smyrna Beach office. Tony Morgan from J&M Roofing Services was one of the few who not only called us back, but showed up and followed through after every delay and roadblock the crazy weather and booming construction business threw at us. Responded to calls, kept us informed if they were unable to meet scheduled events and made sure we knew where we were in the process.

Worked with roof membrane product manufacturers on site to ensure the best option was chosen for our house. Provided a clear quote for the work that was needed.

Skilled installation:
The crew leader came out and inspected the roof prior to commencement of work to make sure he had all the correct material, equipment and staff needed to complete the project. The installation crew was on time and ready to work. The work was well coordinated and done with thorough preparation and attention to detail.

I enjoyed working with J&M and would recommend them to friends and family.

J&M Roofing is the best roofing company in North Florida. The workers arrived as scheduled and started removing and repairing the rotten wood from our roof. We are repeat customers and will continue to use them as our preferred go to roofing company. Job well done guys!!

Just had a new roof put on due to damage from Hurricane Ian. Tony was exceptional in every way. Professional, friendly and very helpful. He guided me through the entire process! Always returned my calls/texts quickly. Can't say enough good about him!!! And his workers also were great. Worked hard and were very courteous. Absolutely would recommend them!!

My roof was damaged during Hurricane Ian and my previous roofer attempted to repair the leak multiple times with no success. By the time I called Randy at J&M, months had gone by and I was at my wit's end! He was at my home and on my roof 20 minutes after that initial phone call, and his amazing team examined and repaired the leak within the week. This company did a complete tear off and installation in a day and a half. Very impressive. Shion was the company representative setting up this job from start to finish.
