Needed some roof damage caused by critters repaired and they were recommended by neighbor. They showed up and gave a fair quote and a day later arrived at time stated and completed work quickly and cleaned up after work was done. Satisfied with service done, will be my default people to call when I need roof repairs and maintenance.

J&M Garcia roofing crew did an excellent job on my skylight tube flashing. The original flashing cracked and I was getting water in the house. The manufacturer sent out a replacement one that is now metal instead of plastic. Jesus came out gave me a really good price and him and his crew came out the the following week to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

I needed to have my chimney flashing replaced and roof repaired around my chimney. J&M Garcia came and gave me an estimate. I felt the estimate was priced right for the work that was needed. They came to do the work the day they said they would. They completed the job the same day. They even took pictures during the work so I could see everything they were doing for the repairs. I am happy with the finished product and I would not hesitate to call them again for future roofing needs.

We purchased a home recently and our lovely 1 year old husky realized a piece of siding on the house was rotted out which she decided was her job to tear out! Thankfully, J&M came out gave us an estimate that was super affordable! They finished the job with a quickness and we are planning on having them come back out to install a door and bring the wall and header down. Super excited to keep working with them!!!!!

It was a father and son team, and they were so accommodating!

First of all, I don’t have a lot of daytime availability, and so they offered to plant my trees on Thanksgiving morning(!), which I really appreciated and which was a huge help to me, as I was available that morning, instead of being in meetings, so I was able to show them exactly where I wanted everything.

They were super on time and extremely knowledgeable about anything I asked, whether about the garden or repairs for the house.

J&M contractor cleaned gutters for the buildings in our development.
They were very professional, on time (even came a little earlier) and extremely detailed in the work they were doing. They took apart downspouts to make sure everything was cleared out and cleaned up and hauled away all the leaves from the gutters.
I loved the communication and friendliness of this contractor. The price was really reasonable also.
It was a job WELL DONE!

I highly recommend J & M Garcia Handyman Services LLC, this is the third time I have used this service within the last 3 months!! Professional work, hardworking, prompt, fair pricing. I had some rotting, soft wood replaced on one side of my house, a porch post had to be replaced also because of a leaking gutter, he fixed that too!! He painted all of the wood he replaced, even the porch post.
He installed brand new window well covers over the basement windows, and nailed a loose board back onto my fence. Next year I’m going to hire Mr Garcia to do some painting around the outside of the house. Today, he replaced the sidewalk spacers between the sidewalk slabs.He did a professional job on everything I asked him to do. Fair pricing too. I’m so happy to have an honest repairman!!

I had Jesus Garcia replace some cedar boards in my cedar fencing. He also had to replace a rotting fence post that was attached to my wooden gate. He had to cut the blacktop away to get to the post and then cemented the new post back in, attached all of the hardware to the new post. He did such a very neat job from putting the cement in to the hardware. I have had Jesus Garcia out here for many jobs within the last 4 years. He is my go to person when I need work done around here.
I will have him back here this early fall to replace some siding on the east side of my house. I can always count on Mr Garcia to do an excellent job and for a fair price !

Jesus have completed numerous projects for me over the year and each time I have been more than satisfied with the high quality of work, overall he is a professional. highly recommend!
