Jeremy did a great job at making sure we were on the same page from the start of the project to the end. Response time was incredible compared to other experiences we have had with contractors. He did not cut corners and was honest and fair when an issue popped up as they do with remodels. He was willing to go the extra mile and even provided a solution when material was backordered and out of his control just to satisfy our schedule. Jeremy and his crew were top notch. The work he did turned out perfectly and I would recommend their services highly to anyone.

We are so glad that we decided to have Jeremy build our deck around our pool. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is amazing. He will be our go to contractor for any future projects that we will have.

We found an assortment of problems with our new home. Our original general contractor refused to remedy those issues. So, we looked for a contractor to do the work, and JM Construction was recommended to us. Jeremy is a high quality contractor with integrity and has worked to make things right. He never made us feel that minor issues were insignificant or that major issues were impossible. As other problems with the original work arose, Jeremy was always willing to take a look and give recommendations. He was even good with our dog! We highly recommend JM Construction!

We are thrilled with the work that Jeremy has done for us and especially his attention to detail. Aside from the screened porch, he constructed the basement for our modular house. When the original contractor failed to complete the job, Jeremy took over as liaison with all the subcontractors to ensure the house was completed properly and in a timely manner. As with the screened porch, he made sure the work site was clean before leaving each day. We have recommended him to other family members who have also been pleased with his work and work ethic.

I had Jeremy do some work on my basement.This included a bathroom project, and drywall. He did amazing work, was timely, and very professional. The place looks great, and will plan to use him in all future projects!

Jeremy did an excellent job on our home. He completely redid our kitchen and we could not be happier. He worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted with the limited space we had. He also replaced all of the windows and provided us with new siding.

His professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. He is truly a craftsman. We needed a transition piece from our kitchen to our living room and we were unable to find something we liked so he made it custom for us.

He shows up when he says he will and communicates clearly throughout the whole project. He's the only one I will call from here on out.

This guy is fantastic, and no, he isn't one of my relatives. Extremely prompt, very good natured and knowledgable about all aspects of home remodeling. I was getting pretty desperate to find someone here in Monroe who could address some problems in my old and very classic house. By happenstance, an electrician who was doing some work on a new air conditioning system that I had installed, told me that he had a friend who was both capable and probably available on short notice to address some of my house renovation needs. Jeremy was in the neighborhood and came by that very day. What a godsend!

Do yourself a favor and skip the bigger name contractors who probably aren't available anyway. I almost hate to give Jeremy such a good review, because I am worried that if too many people get wind of the fact that this guy is out there and available, he might not be so available (to me) for very long! Oh, and, by the way, he does an excellent job and is both creative and resourceful.
