Joe is excellent at his job and very honest, he is very detail-oriented, I love the way he works, he is very kind.

He is very knowledgeable, fixed our RV A/C electrical issues serviced both units and got us back to normal. However, talks away time he left my generator and shore power hatches open to the rain, and a mess on the ground didn't put things back where they came from and left a small mess inside where he accessed wires! "Dead bugs" Also there were 3 times where he never called back or didn't show up at all when hee was expected so I fired him. Very nice young man but when he sent pictures of his ferrets I was creeped out so I said goodbye!!

Paid good money for a job that he won’t finish, did the hard part and only has to install a tv antenna but won’t follow through to completion. Sad you took money and promised us multiple times only to be blown off again and again. What’s going on with you? Not good business because we still camp there. UPDATE !!!!As per his update 2 weeks ago he said a bunch of tales, we called you multiple times and you assured us you would come on Tuesday and never seen you. Paid twice for the antenna and you ordered it supposedly weeks before we had you do the work. We waited awhile before you got the review, still 8 months and no antenna or refund. So you are not good for your word.

Joe is a Master Certified Technician & a darn good one at that. After doing our own troubleshooting our motorhome still had no power. Joe diagnosed the problem & repaired it so that we are now up & running. In addition he fixed a leak on our roof as well as adjusting the windshield wiper that was constantly blowing to the side. We would highly recommend this Christian man.

Spoke with Joe regarding a Generator issue on our 2020 5th Wheel. He scheduled for the following day at 1pm, he also indicated he would follow up by text. I texted three times prior to our appointment with out a response. Called three times and received no answer and the voice-mail was full. How can an individual run a business when they're not able to communicate with their customers. Choose to utilize a business in the same area that has an office assistant for scheduling, and calls back to confirm the appointment and set expectations with service and travel charges. I cannot recommend this company.

Drove an hour each way when no one else would show. Fixed the problem he was called for, as well as two other items needing repair. Worked fast and def knows his business. Rental RV client was very happy.

Spoke with JL about coming out to repair an AC that wasn’t working. He told me he would get me on the schedule for that day or the next. He never showed, called, or responded to my messages. I ended up using someone who was able to come out within the hour.

This guy is one of the smartest brightest and simply honest!!!! He explained the issue in such detail I felt comfortable about his price. The only guy to touch my RV when in in Florida

In Ormond Beach for trip from North Carolina. Called them a Friday evening and he came out to our RV on Saturday. He fixed AC and gave us additional maintenance tips.

We had an emergency water leak and not able to shower. Joey came out and fixed it immediately and fixed a few more leaks we didn’t even know we had. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations.

I contacted Joe to come out and give us a quote because we had a electrical problem in our RV and he came out and gave us a estimate to repair our RV . We had to contact Grand Design to send a check out because we only had the RV for 3 mths and it was under warranty .We had to wait for our manufacture to confirm with Joe that they sent the check out and he finally came out to repair our RV . He had repaired the rv in one hr and the manufacturer had paid him for 4 hrs of work and then he wanted 150 for a service call and we told him he wasn’t getting that because the manufacturer had already paid him for a 4 hr job . Joe wasn’t professional at all . He didn’t return calls or let us know he wasn’t coming the day he was supposed to be here to do the job but finally he did text me to let us know that his son was sick . We don’t recommend Joe at all .

Sorry to say, Joe would not provide my insurance company with an estimate of repair before doing the work. Instead, he suggested that I pay the total cost and then attempt to get reimbursement for his final bill from my insurance company. I pointed out that most insurers will not allow a repair agency to control the handling or settlement of a claim.

Great experience dealing with this company, very professional, on time, exceptional work from a very qualified gentleman, I will definitely us this company for all future repairs of my RV

Joe & his son, Joe, showed up when promised (well a little late due to his services being in demand, which I totally understand now!) Went to work immediately and corrected the drainage problem on both my roof A/C units. Both always acted in a professional manner and very courteous. Would use again and recommend highly! Joe was amazing! Super professional and very knowledgable about RVs. Our AC went out a few days ago and he had a new one installed for us ASAP. We didn't even have to tow our RV anywhere, he came right to us. Worth every penny and we'll definitely use him again. Thanks Joe!

Great at first. I wanted to store my camper with him. He would not return calls. He was always paid in full with cash. I asked if there was a problem and he finally got back to me and said that I should find another place to store it. I was pretty shocked at his responce. I did nothing at all to upset him. That is no way to run a business. If I was able to rate him he would get a quarter of a star out of 10. Tuff luck Joe. You did this to yourself.

Great experience - Joe came out and diagnosed coolant leaking problem - did a fix to get us home - for permanent fix - excellent !!

I called JL's mobile service on a very busy day. Joseph went way out of his way to help me out of a bad situation with the septic system on our Fleetwood motor home. I have to compliment him on his professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

I cannot recommend this gentleman enough. After having my RV "repaired" at a major chain, I discovered states away that things were either worse or not fixed. As it was all related to the shower and black tank, I was desperate for help.

He made time to help, but also to explain what was wrong or what to watch for with this or that. As a certified Master RV Tech, teaching other about RVs is natural to him. I appreciated the knowledge!

I will definitely be taking my RV into his shop for a full detailing, including roof conditioning before we leave Florida!

Honest man that does quality work! Had Joe (owner) price, purchase, and install 3 slide out covers on my fifth wheel. As soon as the parts became available him & his wife came to my location as I requested and installed. While he was there he also noticed & corrected one of my wiper seals on the slide out that was faulty from the factory. I would highly recommend this company for repairs or maintenance and look forward to doing business in the future.

Lost my ac in my rv. Called to inquire about getting and estimate. And to see if I was in their service area in Flagler County. Today is 1 week since I called, left a detailed voicemail, I still haven't received a call back. I would rather have left a good review, but based on this experience I would not recommend.

As first-time RV renters, we were left in a bad situation when our RV broke down not once, but twice, in the first few days of our trip. Joe was immediately available coming out to first diagnose the issue, obtain replacement parts, advise us of the problems, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The RV rental company had left us to find a shop to try to fix it so if it hadn't been for Joe, the entire vacation would have been ruined. After another mobile repair company said they were unable to do anything for us, Joe was able to complete all the repairs on site and within just a few hours. Additionally, when the RV company tried pinning the failed generator on us, Joe continued to support us in providing his expert opinion to help further prove the problems were not associated with anything we had done. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

I just had my roof redone on my RV after receiving three estimates I decided to go with JL RV service each company was very close in price with their estimates The owner also repaired my AC and refrigerator which I was told by one company needed to be replaced the company ended up doing a lot of extras and save me $1800 very professional I am very pleased with their work I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is wanting a professional job done a company you can trust my brother-in-law is moving here next month from Michigan he’s already spoke to the owner by phone and plans on having the company do a complete renovation on his RV my wife and I are very happy with the work that was done thank you Joe

Joe repaired several issues on my RV. He is a polite, courteous, prompt professional. He is knowledgeable and delivers on his promises. He didn't try to take advantage of my situation, and even prioritized which repairs were necessary, and which could wait. I could not be more pleased.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THAT! This guy asked me $ 195 to estimate a small job and order a part. He phoned to tell me that the room would not be available before 10 days when I had to leave in 5 days! I never saw my money again !!! I had it repaired a few days later. This other guy ordered the piece and he received it the next day and it cost me $ 125...

I have used this company twice now for different things. He came right out and did the work in a very professional manner. I would recommend him to anyone who needs RV work. Very happy with the company and Joe the owner. Thanks guys.

Above and Beyond!!!! Joe has worked on our new unit several times in the past month. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. He takes pride in his work and it shows in everything that he does. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of service ... you will not be disappointed!

Joe is great. He answered his phone after hours in Friday night and came out first thing Saturday morning to fix our ac. He quickly diagnosed the problem and rewired the factory's poor wiring job on our 2 year old travel trailer. He really knows what he is doing and he does a great job. His prices were more than reasonable so I would highly recommend him for any repairs you need.

Joe was extremely professional and helpful. His rates were very reasonable as well. He went above and beyond to repair my camper knowing I had a trip planned the following week. A+ Would definitely do business with again!
