The job was to replace old wood on deck and paint. Work was supposedly done in January. By May we realized that wood was splitting and many boards weren't secured. The owner came one time and promised to place larger screws into the wood. Plus he asked us to give his guys a few dollars to do the job. Is he kidding, we've already paid him and the work is unsatisfactory. I've reached out to him 3 times and each time he's promised to come. As of May 26th he's never arrived. I'm reporting him to the BBB. Really disappointed.

Louis was always available by phone to answer any questions and update me on the project. I have used Louis and his crew for many renovation projects and look forward to working with them in the future. I highly recommend JLA to anyone looking for a good quality contractor.

Luis is by far one of the best contractors I ever worked with. They work with you and not just for you. They share ideas but at the end, you have the last word! Very unique approach to the business. And his crew is very knowledgeable. He is by far a contractor I will recommend 100% of the time. I don’t have to look for anyone else. They have that happy place when it comes to pricing, service and quality of work!
