When you answer a business phone, you say the name of your business along with your name, not just, "Hello?" like you just woke up from a nap and leave it to the caller to have to ascertain whom they are speaking with. First impressions are huge for a business.

Jon did an amazing job dismantling our massive fieldstone fireplace and replacing it with a much more manageable tile fireplace with a tv mounted over it. He offered many customizations both big and small and included us in decisions all the way through the process. We’re very happy with the results.

It's been really hard to find good tradespeople to work smaller jobs right now (or even call you back). Jon was friendly and responsive and went out of his way to come by right away and check out a few things I needed done at my parents house. He provided a fair, conservative quote and was honest about how fast he could realistically fit us into his schedule, then was able to bump us up when he had some unexpected time open. Working around some weather, he and another crew member made quick work of our projects and I'm very pleased with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for jobs large or small.

We had a bathroom in much need of floor tile! We were going to do it ourselves but found that the walls were not square and the cement floor was uneven! We had no idea where to even start! With a baby on the way we had to get this done asap! Jon came over right away to look at the situation and was able to get the project done the very next weekend! You wouldn't even know the bathroom had so many problems because he made it look flawless!! Thank you jon!! Highly recommend you and will be needing your help again in the near future!

Jon took great care to listen to what I needed for my patio project. He provided expert advice to keep costs down yet also provide a quality product. His crew was on time, organized, focused, professional, and highly skilled. I was impressed that my patio project had the best of the best on board from start to finish. I highly recommend JL Carpentry and Waterproofing. (I first hired Jon to refinish a family heirloom table top. It was a comparatively small job. He is a skilled wood worker. The table top is beautiful and well preserved for many more decades. Thank you!)
