J&K Exteriors went above and beyond our expectations in helping us secure a roof replacement after storm damage. It took over 6 months of back and forth with our homeowners insurance before approval, but Chad and Kenny documented the damages, communicated with the third party inspector and our agent AND kept us completely in the loop at all times. I had an old machine shed that needed a facelift. In addition, I wanted it to be more versatile as a horse barn that would protect not only my animals, but my feed as well. Working with Domingo and Chad was extremely easy. They were friendly, knowledgable, and made sure the best decisions were made. They gave me everything I wanted. It saved me a lot of money having this barn repurposed rather than building a brand new one. Now friends and family admire the building rather than it being "just a shed" on the place. In addition, they also built me a extremely durable pasture shelter. The new siding and shelter have already been through extreme weather and EXTREME wind. We had a hail storm come through in the fall, Chad came out immediately and assess the damage and took drone photos to share with us. He took care of everything with insurance, he kept in communication all throughout the winter months and helped us picked out new materials and roofing. Spring came and he notified us that our materials were being delivered on a Wednesday and by Friday our roof was done! Chad was out every day during the project to make sure it was being done to their standards and sent us texts updates, even checking on the roof a couple days after, because we had another storm!

Our house is not for the faint heart with the height and peaks, and his crew did great!

I would work with them again!

We experienced roof damage in July of 2024, called J&K to come check it out, Aaron was out the same day to inspect. From there, work was completed about a week after insurance cut the first check, much faster than anyone else in the neighborhood (or the rest of the city, it seemed) was seeing. Aaron was responsive through the whole process, worked with my insurance directly and made everything so easy. I can't say enough good things about this company, 5/5 with everything, house looks great, I'm very fortunate to have worked with them and lucky to have found a company that was so responsive, respectful, and timely. I know I will be able to trust them with any projects that may be needed in the future, and have already recommended them to friends and family, and will certainly continue to do so!

My experience with J and K has been absolutely unbelievable. Chris, who managed our account, was the most communicative and thorough person I have ever met in the construction business. The project on our home was massive, costing 700K (mostly paid by insurance), and Chris/J and K navigated all of it for us. From a new roof and gutters, over 50 new windows, new paint for the whole home and a brand new composite deck; J and K literally does it all. I couldn’t recommend a company more highly, especially if you get Chris managing your project. He called me several times a week through the process, and I always knew where we were and what to expect next!

Crew showed up at 7am and when we returned from work at 4pm the only thing I immediately noticed was a new roof! Like magic, it was fully replaced, amazing experience!

WOW! WOW! WOW! I can’t say enough about J&K. We were selling our home and needed a roof done quickly and properly. They were so prompt with their initial response, they got us scheduled in just days. Their communication was excellent. We knew when the products were arriving and when to expect the crew. We had moved out of the home, so they sent us “in progress” pictures. We went to look at the work and you wouldn’t even know a roofing crew had been there. Our yard was immaculate. The roof looks fantastic! Awesome work, guys! I HIGHLY recommend this company! I had not believed that my roof had suffered much damage from the tornado until yesterday's heavy rains. At almost 5 pm, it started raining in my kitchen. I called J & K and left a vm. I also called other places, which ranged from no answers to we will have someone call you within 24hrs to schedule someone to come out and conduct an inspection. Then, Kenny called me and asked if they could come over right away for an inspection! Shortly after, I get a call from Chris to tell me that he's on his way. Twenty minutes later, Chris was on my roof. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is rare nowadays to meet someone who is more interested in taking of you, more than taking advantage of you. I trust Chris and J&K and look forward to working with them! We I needed someone, they were there!

J&K Exteriors shingled 5 apartment buildings for me, they did a Fantastic job, Chad kept me informed on when the supplies were being delivered and when and how long the crews would be on site. Very efficient, clean and courteous. Inspected during and after the project was completed. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
