I did get 2 other estimates and at first chose the contractor that was less expensive.
However, my gut feeling kept telling me, don’t do it. Go with Jose & Bryan. Their first meeting with me made such an impression. Kind, genuine, patient and knowledgeable.
I am so happy I changed my mind and hired JJP Contracting Unlimited to do my roof replacement.
Bryan came back and met with me again, explaining everything that would be done. He also made good on his first estimate to me even thought it was months later.
The job was completed within 3 days. Their crew was amazing. Hard working, knowledgeable and very neat.

Working with JJP took the stress out of a sudden roofing project I needed done. I’d contacted a different roofer first, who was nice, but quoted me something far higher than our insurance adjuster suggested. JJP was on time, friendly, understanding of my roof problem as well as what materials I wanted used, and came in at a price I felt was reasonable. The roofers did a really fantastic job, being meticulous with sealing the skylight flashing, as well as making sure rain would flow away from the skylights. JJP Contracting did an excellent job on two flat roofs on my home. I was very concerned that my skylights might leak or there may be some issues with the work and so I was very hesitant to trust anyone. The work they did was excellent and I had no problems, in fact, their work was so good I asked him to return to replace some gutters and add new gutters to my home. Please use them with confidence, they came as scheduled, got the work done in a timely fashion, professionally done.

JJP replaced my roof in 2022 and did some gutter and stucco repair work in 2023. The work was very well done, but what stood out about Bryan and his father (along with all of their employees) was their professional and courteous approach to their business, their prompt responsiveness and their customer service. An absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

JJP recently replaced my entire roof and repaired damaged gutters. They were extremely professional and communicative throughout the process. They worked efficiently and maintained a clean workspace from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Don't talk with Brian. He will make an appointment with you and won't show up. He will leave you hanging all day, with out a call or text. When you call him back, he'll give you multiple excuses, reschedule and once again, won't show up at the next date. This is what you call a Mickey Mouse company. Horrible communication and very bad professionalism.

I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation. They will be doing more jobs for me in the very near future.

We had struggled with leaks in our roof where our addition meets the old house and worked through multiple contractors for repairs to no avail. When we learned about JJP they were not only quick to diagnose and repair, they also tested to confirm, and took care of the interior sheetrock replacement and painting! While we never hope for another leak, they will be the first to call.

The experience with JJP was great and stress free. They started the roof when they said they would, each day when they left they cleaned up completely. Finished the roof and gutters in three days and my roof looks great. You can definitely tell how much pride they take in their work

I contracted JJP for new hardie siding on my entire house during the fall of 2021. They did an amazing job. They were responsive, professional, and their prices were very reasonable. I ended up using them to replace a flat roof over an extension and to install a new front door. I have recommended them to friends and family and highly recommend to anyone. In a world full of some really bad contractors (unfortunately I’ve dealt with some) it was great to find these guys.

I was hesitant to start a project with a roofer with whom I did not have prior experience, after my old roofer moved south. JJP has been referred to me by my departing builder.
After meeting the owner (Jose and his son) the anxiety level dropped significantly. They are a perfect combination of experienced father and dynamic son, who balance each-other (Old school craftsmanship working in concert with a technology and communication savvy, customer-centric young man)

They started the project in a timely manner. Took the old roof in a matter of 3 days and started the "cedar roof" project that my wife and I had always wanted.

Like with any construction projects in the past.. once you open the can... there is no end in view. ...luckily- their experience allowed me to ask questions, budget for "surprises", plan timing.
At no point during the ~$500k construction process had I felt that I am dealing with "dynamic" pricing. They were upfront when sharing what can typically be discovered, what is being discovered and what paths we can take after such discovery.

You can spend large sum of money very well the first time around and finish the process as schedule... or you can spend less in the beginning... more later.... and still dream of it being completed.

I will refer them without and ounce of hesitation to anyone who values his/her time, fair pricing and old school craftsmanship that will last.

This company is amazing! We hired them to replace my old roof from my two family house and it turned out perfect. The workers were extremely respectful and nice. Once the job was finished they left my house spotless, they did a wonderful job cleaning up! Will recommend you working with them.

I must have gotten 6 estimates first thing I liked they had new work trucks. Then they had a dump truck so no dumpster in my driveway they gave me a good price so I hired them got building permit in 10 days came with a very professional crew did a top notch job plenty of copper flashing roof looks great left the property very clean.I got the right guys to do my job. I have my own business and the cheapest price is not always the best.

Buyer beware. I have hired this company to do maintenance work on my roof and to my complete disappointment they missed a problem on one side of the roof resulting in a leak and damage. It was a very expensive maintenance job and I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to warn other customers.
