Raul and Paul did a very thorough job including power washing, especially mold on underside of roof overhangs, machine and hand sanding, primer paint on all surfaces, and two coats of finish paint. Raul means to provide professional service and completed the job to my satisfaction. This is a small company so timing slipped some, and although Raul was prompt to reply to text messages, some communication was a challenge. Overall I would recommend this company.
