I highly recommend New Crystal Restoration for any and all remediation. The Cordasco family and the staff were professional and helpful in solving the moisture issue in our basement. They even gave us references for adjunctive services. Anthony Villani, Director of Operations, informed us in every step of their service. Luis, onsite manager, was friendly and polite and always kept us up-to-date on the progress, even letting us know when the crew planned to take a lunch break. The workers were hard-working, thorough in the service and polite.

My experience with these lying, self serving hypocrites is sickening to me. Anthony Villani used his company's reputation and founder's philosophy of family values to con me, and repeatedly manipulated me into thinking he cared and was paying attention to my family's needs as a client of new crystal restoration. The reality couldn't be more disheartening, as once given access to our home, ncr did what they wanted when they wanted, not even bothering to schedule a walk through, and even Rosemary and Lisa Cordasco continued the deception with their complete ignorance as to what their PM was actually doing, going so far as to berate me to contractually agree to MORE work before any proposal was even submitted to us. Meanwhile the remediation work was NEVER COMPLETED, and the result was a near 50,000 bill and a monumental increase in our insurance premium. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They will smile as they screw you over and run out the door as soon as your leverage (the money) is in their hands.

I called Anthony to find out when his rebuild estimates would be ready and was connected to Lisa who promptly quit without any notice or reason. This is a direct contradiction to the claims they make on their website of being a company that can both mitigate damage and do rebuilds so that clients don't have to worry. I am disgusted at the purposeful deception and the arrogance of this person Anthony who made it his business to swindle me rather than spend a moment actually listening or applying himself. I will add that this rebuild and remediation job was given to ncr on a silver platter, estimates were already done and all the facilitation was done FOR THEM since their back office couldn't communicate with either our building manager or insurance effectively. In fact the result of ncr's communication was a mess for both entities and our family, as it was found they LIED about their work regarding HVAC units in our building (to our building manager) and made a mess of the payment checks from our insurance company. Instead of showing gratitude, they gorged themselves greedily and claimed to be helping us. We are left with a home in disrepair, disarray and elder members with dangerous levels of stress and no end in sight.

For those of you reading this as a tirade, I will add that ncr has had over two months to respond to my complaints, they have been silent since the day their president Lisa quit in the middle of the job, and have not responded to me since. I wish I could have empathy for the actions of these people but they've made it impossible.

I woke up to a sewage backup in our basement bathroom at 6am. I called New Crystal Restoration immediately and was pleasantly surprised that Anthony answered at such an early hour. He recommended an emergency plumber to come fix the backup, who was at my house within an hour. Anthony and team came immediately afterwards and cleaned up the mess left behind. The bathroom was left spotless and the NCR team was extremely professional. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning or restoration project!
