J & J Roof was very responsive when we were in a pinch after finding a roof leak that we did not expect. Jose came the day I called, actually making the trip after his workday hours to inspect, which included both climbing inside our attic and going on top of our roof. Further, he made room in his schedule the next day to investigate further and help us decide our plan of action—repair the leak or get a new roof. Jose offered his expert opinion with absolutely no pressure and much empathy to our financial considerations. They did a great job cleaning our gutters, and also went around afterwards and cleaned the gutter debris from around the house.

I've used J&J several times now for moss cleaning on my tile roof. The crew was very professional, fast, and thorough. They also replaced a few broken tiles and tightened a few loose gutters. Also they cleaned up and even washed windows where needed after the work.

It is hard to describe a more POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!! They were punctual and professional doing a great job cleaning the roof and gutters, BUT I HAVE VERY FRAGILE AND EXPENSIVE LANDSCAPING AND I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW EVERYTHING LOOKED PERFECT! Their cleannup was amazing . I have no idea how they did it but they air cleaned a very debris filled roof and basically pressured washed all our gard scape. There is no question i will use tgem from now forward!!

J&J did a great job of cleaning a very messy roof. Also they were careful in how they cleaned it using air, brushes and in some cases hand scraping the moss. What impressed me most was how well they did on clean up. They left the job site (deck, driveway, yard, skylights, sidewalks) cleaner than before they came.

J&J Roofing did an outstanding job. Our gutters were very dirty and they cleaned them all along with the roof. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up all the debris from the roof. So appreciative of the work they do to help keep our home looking wonderful.

Good communication for setting up a appointent. They showed up on time. Did a good job for blowing off the debris on my roof and cleaning the gutters. I liked that they also noticed some thinning shakes or missing pieces of tiles on my roof and took some pictures which makes it easier for me to spot them and have them fixed.

We have worked with them for 7 years and they have done everything from roof inspection, repair, emergency repairs within the same day, to full roof replacement. They've always been thorough and professional and they left no mess. Highly recommended.

The workers did a job that I can no longer do (old age), better than I ever did (expertise) and even recommended additional services that I knew were needed. It didn't feel like up-selling but rather the right thing to do; the additional cost was reasonable and well worth it. I would highly recommend this company for quality work.

J&J did a wonderful job on our shake roof. Before they cleaned it, it looked old and needed to be replaced. The roof was really dirty, but less than 15 years old. Now it looks almost new. We also had them seal the roof. We will have them back for regular maintenance.

Roof and gutter cleaning: Very Thorough Cleaning. Our roof was a mess after the bomb cyclone and they did a fantastic job cleaning branches and all the pine needles away. Washed down the whole house afterwards.

Jose and team did a great job cleaning every inch of our roof, sunlight, and gutters! The compressed air method they use works very well to remove moss and debris and they treat the roof with an eco-friendly product. All of the debris was removed and our property was left very tidy. They blew off the patio, furniture, porch, and driveway. Even our windows got a nice rinsing! They’re professional and organized. This is our 2nd time with them for a reason. Highly recommend.

We use J&J Roof Cleaning Services every year and they do a wonderful job. They do a great job cleaning the roof and clean up when they are done.

They also blow, sweep roof & a flat roof which is always covered in debris from many trees surrounding me. Oh, and they even cleaned the skylights! Very happy with J&J!
