Jiffy Services

We experienced some significant damage from the Hurricance last year. We contracted with Mike Howes from Jiffy Services to evaluate the damage and he responded immediately. Mike and his team assisted with clearing out the debri and making temporary repairs to our roof to ensure no further damage caused by water. We decided to replace our roof due to the damage and Mike and Florida Specialty Roofing coordinated the process of and guidence for the necessary approvals. Mike and Florida Specialty Roofing were easy to work with, very professional, and did a wonderful job. Additionally Jiffy Service were able to bring other contractors to replace lights, soffetts, stucco,and gutters.
Overall they did a great job and were honest and easy to work with.
We highly recommend them for Roofing and any other construction projects.

I use Jiffy Services for a new roof and related projects. They were very prompt and left the worksite clean when they left for the day. Jiffy Mike of FSL responded immediately to any questions or concerns that I had. He or the project manager visited the site every day and were always available by phone. I was very pleased and would use their services again.

Mike Howes and his team at Jiffy services were professionals, organized, transparent, honest, punctual and reliable. We had a large project that involved complete down to the frame reconstruction of our 2nd and 3rd floor decks, railings, columns etc at our beach house, repainting the entire house exterior, repair of our roof and front entrance staircase and modernizing our garages. Mike oversees the project and since we live a distance away provided regular updates via phone calls and via a web based photos and videos system so we could watch the day to day progress. Order changes were discussed & tranparent.

We were overly satisfied with the great service we received from JiffyServices of Central Florida. We remodeled our kitchen and added some cliset space.

When a home hits 20 years old a lot seems to fail. Fortunately we had been pretty problem free up til that point. But we did a MAJOR RENOVATION recently using Jiffy Services and glad we did. Our work included new synthetic roof, window replacements, mold remediation, dry wall, exterior and interior painting and new paver driveway. Mike Howes and his team work hard and long (especially if you put snacks out for them:-). I watch other crews and these guys are different. And in these times when there seems to be shortages of all types of labor, and skills, Mike has them all at his fingertips. Highly recommend.

Mike and his crew(s) were a breath of fresh air … they completed the following services for us:
1. New tile roof
2. New soffit
3. New gutters and downspouts
4. Exterior house painted
5. Renovated two bathrooms
6. Assisted me in finding the best local contractors to tile our pool deck / repair our driveway pavers / add vertical paver edging around our driveway
7. Installed a new oven/stove with the appropriate cabinet modifications
8. Repaired prior owners water damage around our chimney and then replaced the chimney

Mike is always available for questions or concerns - he does the work as if it’s his home!
