Apologies for the delay in writing this review. A lot going on since our work was completed.
Wanted to say initially, whomever reads this, Joe and his company are great guys to deal with and they will do ALL they can to work with your schedule as best they can. My wife and I wanted a new kitchen, new laundry room and new bathroom. We had several meetings with Joe prior to them being hired and we had an opportunity to spell out in detail what we wanted, what we did not want, what we wanted done first and our appliance schedule ( NOTE : Covid really put us all in a tough spot ). Joe always listened, took many notes, asked many questions and ultimately gave us a very positive opinion regarding what we wanted.
He also recommended we go in a different direction regarding a couple of our ideas that turned out to be a much better result than what we requested. They were met with a couple of surprises once the walls were down to the studs but after putting our heads together, they easily took care of these surprises in a way we both agreed upon. They cleaned up daily, went to great lengths to contain any and all construction debris and took care not to damage parts of the house not being remodeled.
I could go on for several more pages but the bottom line is Joe and his team do great work, they are VERY meticulous and are onsite when they tell you they will be. We would recommend anyone who needs work done to call JFW without hesitation.

Unbelievable! And this is not a good review people. We had three appointments (mind you they were not during peak business hours) and 0 out of 3 times did we meet him. Each time we had to follow up with him inquiring why he was a “no call no show”. No apology, no acknowledgment = no business. I am here to forewarn you to never do business with this so-called business. Don’t waste your time and certainly not your hard earned money. You’re better off hiring Mickey freaking Mouse!

They did a great job finishing our basement. Very professional & responsive. Joe recommended additional design details that enhanced our built in, which we’re really appreciative of. Also went above and beyond returning excess flooring.

Joe White and his entire crew should be applauded for their quality craftsmanship, honesty, work ethic and how easy it is to work with them. We couldn't be more pleased with the process of working with them and the end result.

Our family endured a months-long nightmare after a plumbing contractor flooded our finished basement, requiring the floor to be pulled up and staining the paneled walls. We went through insurance companies and multiple recovery specialists. In the end, the recovery company we had chosen for the mitigation effort had to move on to other jobs when the insurance companies stalled things. They suggested Joe at JFW Construction as their preferred subcontractor for flooring and construction, and Joe stepped in to our ongoing project and excelled despite prior work on top of disaster on top of a pre-approved repair budget.

This is a company that does "projects" and "jobs" - nothing too big or too small. It's family run and operated and everyone works well together, with a talented, helpful, humble and easygoing crew. Joe provides fair and honest estimates, not just on the job but on the timing as well, and kept us up to date throughout the repair process. We were able to ask questions, make suggestions, and Joe's team rolled with us and came up with most of the good ideas, too! They worked extra hard to finish up before a planned birthday party. Rob even let our curious sons try out the nailgun - supervised, of course.

In the end, though, it's about the quality of the work and how long it will last. We can't say enough about the quality Joe's team puts in. The way the basement looks now is just a continuation of the house, not a separate space or lesser. It makes the former "finished" basement pale in comparison! Hopefully the photos do it better justice than we can.

Joe, the owner of JFW Construction is FABULOUS to work with! He and his guys, Rob and Joe, were always courteous, on time and cleaned up when they finished for the day. To say Joe’s work is impeccable is an understatement! It’s a work of art! I cannot recommend JFW CONSTRUCTION enough! If you have work in your home that needs to be done, hire this company! Beyond satisfied!

We had a great experience working with JFW Construction. They completely remodeled our bathroom, gutted to studs. I only have one bathroom so we needed it done as quickly as possible. Joe and his team were so professional and did everything the way I asked in a very timely manner. He always took the time to answer all of my questions. I am so happy with the end result!! I would highly recommend this company and plan on working with them again in the future.

We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! JFW Construction did a wonderful job with the tile work, re-construction around the tub, new ceiling and sink. Having an old house (built in the 1800's) brought on some challenges - the end result is beautiful. Their attention to detail and design suggestions were wonderful. We will be using them again to do more work on our house.
