JJ and Craig are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They provided many ideas and suggestions, when we were undecided or unaware of what the best decision was, in designing and building our home. We absolutely love it and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home.

We built our first home with Jeren Homes in the summer of 2020. JJ helped make this exciting and stressful experience an enjoyable one. The best part about this experience is that JJ is a straight shooter and will give his honest opinion. During the design process, he lays out different options and states pluses and minuses of different choices. He will not try and upsale you and lays out all options to allow you to make your own informed decision.

Once the building process starts, JJ and Craig are there to keep you updated on building status and inform you when it is time to pick out different finishes. We had some trouble visualizing some of our interior finishes, and Craig came with us to the store and after about 20 minutes we had our flooring, cabinets, and tile all coordinated.

Overall, just a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We loved working with Jeren Homes. JJ was very helpful and patient while we were searching for just the right floor plan for our family. He showed us so many different options and really listened to our needs now (family of four with little kids), and down the road. He made adjustments to the floor plan we chose to accommodate our special requests — we love our master bath!! Our kitchen layout is so family friendly. The custom cabinets are wonderful.

JJ was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were choosing all our finishes. He kept us on budget, but also made sure were were getting finishes that were appropriate for a custom built home.

Craig is the on-site manager of the projects and we loved how he communicated with us daily about all the details. He reached out to us often to make sure things were done the way we wanted. We were very impressed with the level of communication we received during the process of building.

Building a home with Jeren Homes was a stress free process. More importantly, the quality of their work is amazing.

I would highly suggest anyone looking to build check out their work and meet with JJ.
