Morgan first came by for a quote and was extremely personable and detailed. She broke down every aspect of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It says a lot about a business when the owner invests so much time with the customer for the estimate. Her team was neat and conscientious while doing an amazing job prepping the walls before they painted. They were always on time and came with all the materials needed. Morgan came highly recommended by a realtor friend of mine in Waimea so I reached out to Morgan and within about 30 seconds, I knew I was going to hire her. Her proposal was not the cheapest in my stack of bids, but I learned my lesson long ago that the cheapest bid usually translates into one of two things; sub par quality or missed scope of work - generally speaking, you get exactly what you pay for. The last thing I asked for before I hired Jedi Painting Pros was for three referrals. I have found over the years that by chatting with past clients, you often get a pretty clear picture of what your experience is going to be like on your upcoming project. I am very diligent so I called each of her past clients and literally spent an hour on the phone with them individually listening to their praises of Morgan’s integrity and the quality of her work. That sealed the deal, and Jedi Painting Pros brought their talents to bear on my home in North Kohala.
The project went perfectly. Not only was the project completed to my high standards of quality and on time, but they were a joy to hang out with. Honestly, I was sad in the end to see them fold up their drop cloths and drive away. My only complaint is that they don’t do concrete, electrical, plumbing, drywall, automotive repair, tree trimming, dog walking....you get the picture. After getting my mom's house and realizing how bad the outside was.. I called Jedi Painting to paint it. It was really in bad shape.. never been painted in maybe 20+ years or so. I wasn't sure if they would do it. Morgan looked at it and next thing I knew.. she was on the job. Her and her crew worked hard.. and in the end did an AMAZING JOB. very professional.. easy to work with and talk to.. I'm so happy that she made my Mom's home (now my Home) beautiful again.. After agonizing over paint colors and getting Morgan's good advice, they worked through April, roof, skirting, stairs, all of it was painted. The level of detail was surprising and the clean up and landscape was left in a superb condition! For a 80 year old Planation House to look so spectacular was a real treat. It was so easy working with Morgan and her crew, she always understood and carried out what we wanted and promptly performed. We were lucky to get on her list of projects and have it done when convenient for us. It was a very professional job and the value was a pleasant surprise.

We just finished building a 3,500 sq ft house here in Honoka'a. The crew painted the house in and out. We could not ask for a better job. Most of the crew is made up of women. Frankly, I think they pay more attention to details, particularly on the inside.
