Mike, Dave and the crew did an amazing job on my new roof. They were extremely honest and professional. They were very friendly and very neat. When they left you would never know that they were there.
The price was also very reasonable, highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I just had my roof replaced by Janowitz and I am so pleased with the experience I had. They were prompt with pricing, they kept me informed about scheduling based on weather issues and they did a great job on the roof. A very professional company and very pleasant to work with.

I had 9 estimates for my roofing job. I was very comfortable the first time I met Mike. His estimate was spelled out in detail, price was reasonable, he took his time to explain everything to me. His workers were courteous, hard working, cleaned everything up each day and I am extremely pleased with Janowitz Roofing. I recommend them highly.

This team came everyday on time. Did the job not only efficiently but in the amount of time they initially stated.

Michael Janoowitz installed a new roof on my home in July 2020 and repaired a few siding issues I had with a company no longer in business. In my 33 years on Staten Island there is no other roofing or siding company I would use other than Mike Janoowitz. Michael and Dave are both Conscientious and do a roofing and siding job as if it were their home.

After calling another company and making 3 appointments that were no shows I asked friends for a referral and one mentioned Janowitz. We called around 1pm and they said they’d come between 4 and 5pm that same day. They showed up and went up to inspect our roof. The roof is about 7 years old but we noticed shingles blowing off during some high wind days and wanted to make sure we didn’t need repairs. Turns out the roof was intact however the company who installed our roof left a bundle of shingles up there and over the years with the weather and sun whatever secured the bundle together became undone and the shingles from the bundle were what we found in our driveway. He could have very easily told us there was damage and charged us for repairs but he didn’t, the tossed the pieces down and didn’t charge us. We will definitely keep them at the top of our list.

After the last hurricane, I wanted someone to check my roof to make sure everything is OK. Dave was very responsive, professional and efficient. Highly Recommend.

After the recent storm they came and repaired storm damage. Dave and his crew were courteous and professional even though they were inundated with calls. Fast, clean, and a fair price. You can't ask for anything else.

Excellent! Michael and his crew were very professional. They took 2 days to strip the old roof off and install a new one. They left the surrounding area of my house spotless! A very nice man and hard worker! And I rarely give out 5 star reviews. Just check some of them out! Lol.

I called the company that my home is insured with regarding my new roof thinking that it would reduce my annual premium by just a few bucks. Turns out the new roof reduced my annual premium by 240 dollars. In addition, I would be receiving some money back, prorated from when the roof was installed this July to when I renewed my policy back in March. Besides the added value in having a new roof when selling a house. There's the savings on the homes insurance. I called 2 people up that just had new roofs installed and both didn't think of calling their insurance company.

Had two leaks on an original roof that was 25 years old. Was leaning toward a new roof as opposed to repairs because of the age. Did not know any roofers personally so I was nervous picking someone based on Internet reviews. I actually had friends recommend someone who had poor reviews, so I dismissed that guy. Had a few estimates from a couple of roofers based on the Google reviews here. They all seemed fine and trustworthy. Called up Janowitz, left a message and received a quick response. Mike said he could swing by to take a look and give an estimate that day. He was exactly on time for the estimate. He explained my options, what was I ncluded and what was to be done in detail. He could have up-sold me on a tear off and new skylights which he did not. He arrived exactly on time both days of work, as he did with the estimate. The job took less than a day and a half and he did myself and my neighbor’s attached roofs. Was quick, professional, and explained everything in great detail. Offered an excellent warranty and very fair price. I was very happy selecting Janowitz.

This is the second time I'm using this company. First time was about 10 years ago for one part of my roof. Now for the 2nd part of my roof. Very reasonably priced, excellent work, professional and clean. Absolutely highly recommended!!!

One of, if not the best professional in the industry. Mike is a true gentleman and has a great staff performing quality work. I've used them twice and have not been disappointed either time. Highly recommend!! We did our research and called multiple roofers to take out 2 enormous skylights and put on a new roof in our sunroom. They were reliable, professional, and did a fantastic job. Even better, they did not hire a bunch of laborers and just collect our money, this is a FAMILY run business who actually got on the roof in the hot summer heat and DID THE WORK!! My husband and I are so happy we chose this company and will definitely rave about their work to anyone in need of a roofer.
