I called Jake’s Roofing in Sept 2023 after randomly seeing their trucks on a nearby job at Ballys Casino in Lake Tahoe. Winter was approaching soon and I had an urgent matter at my restaurant that needed immediate attention before the winter snows started. I’d inquired with others roofers only to be told that the earliest they could get to me would be after winter the following spring. Darin, the owner of Jake’s, answered my call and his Foreman Frank met with me the next day. We went over the options and they emailed a fully itemized proposal with references , insurance and warranty details the following day as promised. We agreed on the terms, the work was started right away, and completed on the date agreed upon.
I couldn’t be happier with the work product, fair pricing, professionalism and performance of the JAKES Roofing team.
