Amazing work. We had them remove carpet and restore the wood floors underneath. They removed and repaired post fire damage and pet damage and made my floors look stunning. Highly recommend and will be using this company again.

I couldn’t be happier with our recent experience with JAG Floors. We got several quotes on refinishing the existing red oak floors and stairs and on installing new red oak floors in 5 good sized rooms in our new home, and immediately we knew that we wanted to go with JAG because of John’s enthusiasm and design ideas. He started and finished the job when he said he would, and the workmanship is top-notch. We were especially pleased with how well new flooring was blended with old for a seamless, updated look and with the eye-catching herringbone pattern that was installed in our great room. John and his crew were dependable and professional, and they completely transformed our home. I highly recommend JAG Floors and would use them again without hesitation.

The JAG team did a great job with our floors. We were going to replace the carpets in a home we just purchased and found hardwoods underneath the old carpet. They needed some help to get them back to where they needed to be. JAG’s guys were timely, professional and very thorough. They cleaned the job site daily and fully when they finished. I would recommend them highly.

Great, fast work. John was incredibly nice when he came out to do the quote. He said they would get it done in 3 days and that’s exactly what they did right before Thanksgiving. His team were polite and fast. I was home while they were doing the work and it barely affected my time. The floors turned out great and we are already planning to get the rest of our house done after the holidays. Would 100% recommend JAG!

Excellent job from John and crew. Original wood floors that were 130 years old. One floor in particular we really had no hope for because each board seemed to be bowing upwards and the crew, miraculously, made it as smooth as marble! Very professional work, they show up when they say they will and get to it in a very business-like manner. I highly recommend them.

We used JAG to refinish our wood floors as well as remodel work on our kitchen including removing an interior wall, installing a support beam, drywalling, and much more. John and his team are efficient workers getting the job done quickly but not sacrificing quality. His team was courteous and very responsive to our needs. JAG construction jumped in and saved me from a disastrous floor sanding job by another contractor. He worked me into his schedule, and picked up materials and supplies at last minute (floor had to be replaced due to another company double sanding poorly and ruining the floor). The job they did was perfection. They were professional and friendly! Communication could not have been better. I already used them for a roof on a different location. I highly recommend JAG construction.

John really cares about the job and they will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied. At one point in our job, toward the end, there was something that John didn't like about the stain or the finish (we didn't even notice) and he had his guys sand it back down and redo. He's definitely the best guy in town.

Highly recommend. We've asked JAG to complete two separate projects and they've both exceeded expectations. Good communication before and during the project, project completed on stated timeline, price fair and largely consistent with estimate (any changes were communicated along the way). We've also had multiple acquaintances use JAG for projects and they are very satisfied with the outcome. No complaints.

Really professional top to bottom….John cares about the quality and detail of his work. The only reason that I wouldn’t recommend JAG and John is that I have more projects that I need them on. If they’re busy working for you they can’t be available to work for me

I can’t say enough good things about JAG Flooring. They installed new wood floors in our living room that flawlessly matched the existing floors in the adjacent room. I bought an 80 year old house with floors that had so much stain you couldn’t even see the grain. JAG team was great at explaining my options and what they thought would be best for me. We wanted to refinish the original wood flooring in our dining room and living room and extend the same wood into the kitchen room (tile flooring) so it all matched. JAG was very quick on finding us the same wood to use. They were very transparent, responsive, and accommodating in the typical remodeling mess.
After the install, JAG refinish the 3 rooms. Sanded, stained and sealed. it looks so good, you can’t tell what is new wood from the old wood. The team was also very clean. A+ experience

Jags did a great job blending old holes in the floor where registers and floor furnace used to. I would definitely recommend them!!

Unreliable and shady business. You cal them and leave a message and never call you back. They are either do not care about their business or they discriminate based on gender and identity.

Response to the owner: Yes, I called you several times. Nobody has ever picked up. I also left a message a week ago and nobody called me. This is not how a reputable business should operate. I should not beg a business to do work for me. I should not call indefinitely and leave multiple voicemails. This is not professional and reliable and makes me think whether you are a legit business.

JAG replaced the treads, risers, and landing on a set stairs in my 80-year-old home. They did a great job and were very professional and punctual. I definitely recommend them.
