I set up a roofing estimate through their website and received email verification for the appointment. My husband and I both changed our schedules to be there, and Jesus never showed up. We waited for about fifteen minutes and then called him. I called two more times and he did eventually answer and very abruptly said he was in a meeting and asked if he could call back. I said yes, and never heard back from him. I called again the following day and left a message asking for him to get back in touch with a more convenient time for him, but once again there was still no answer. I've heard that the quality of work was good, so I wanted to give him a shot, but I'm glad his lack of professionalism showed so quickly and we didn't use him. Ruiz Roofing on the other hand has been very prompt and professional while being very helpful.

They are knowledgeable in roofs and gutters and have a good team to do the work with staying clean on the jobsite during the process of installation. Descent competitive rates. Communication is not the best, trying to schedule and even get a response has been hit or miss. Committed to a job and didn't hear back nor did not do the job and had to find another roofing company.
