I called Andrea at Jacob's Ladder to ask if they could help with a small remodeling project. She politely told me that they do not do the type of work that i was needing. She then gave me the name of another company that may be able to help. I called them and booked a time for them to look at the project immediately.
Natalie was so helpful and I really appreciate it! It's difficult to get most contractors on the phone, let alone help out in a situation that will not benefit them. I appreciate the professionalism so much and will not forget it when I do need their services!

Absolutely superb job! From start to finish they were prompt, cleaned after the job, and incredibly professional. From giving recommendations on roof shingles, to working with my insurance company to provide backup supplemental claims, everything was beyond my expectation. They were able to get my insurance company to provide many times the initial offering from the initial claim. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Where do I start… we went with Jacobs ladder for our roofing, siding AND gutters and we were not disappointed. Not only were they quick on the job, they were highly professional and made sure they cleaned up their work area like they had never been here. We financed and paid with cash and they were very helpful and patient in waiting for those funds to go through. We would highly recommend them to anyone around.

Wow! Great contractor to work with. Andrea educated me, took her time in answering all my questions, and guided me through the process. Lisa was always super quick in her responses, followed up as she said she would, and also was really helpful in guiding me through the process with the insurance company. Adam said he was going to show up on the job and did so as he said he would. He let me know what was happening and followed through with everything. The crew was quick and did a really nice job. I haven’t worked with such a great company in a long time. Jabob’s Ladder will get my business again!!

I have used Jacobs Ladder twice so far due to storm damage. I would not use any other company. Always very helpful and do a great job every time. Replaced my damaged siding and my roof and helped so much with the insurance filing. Highly recommend this company. Very professional and do a great job

After a horrible storm back on Feb 9, 2023, we like so many others watched pieces of our roof being peeled off like it was raining shingles!I placed a call to Jacob's Ladder. In no time a very knowledgeable lady climbs up on our very steep roof to access the damage.
She was very helpful and explained the totally process and what we needed to do and what they would be doing.
They patched several huge areas, because of the colder weather the replacement of the entire roof needed a bit warmer temperatures for the shingles to stick well. It took several weeks in order for our job to get scheduled at the right time. It took 4 days to complete because of the size of the job. They were respectful and hardworking. They cleaned up around the property and were very meticulous!
The owners were here at all times.
We highly recommend this company!

Jacob's Ladder replaced the roof on my house. I had talked to other companies before them and chose their bid for the work. From the beginning everyone I spoke with at the company was very professional and concerned that I received the quality work I wanted. The team was here when they said they would be and done in the time scheduled. The owner came out to check the work and see that everything was perfect. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a beautiful roof that will last for years. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to work on your home.

From the moment I contacted Jacob's Ladder to project completion they were very responsive and professional. Very impressed with how quickly the provided quotes, got started and completed the work. Roof looks great! Also did a super job cleaning up after they were done. I would recommend them and will use again in the future.

We had used Jacob's Ladder a few years back to fix a leak we had near our chimney. When it came time to replace our roof we gave them a call, and were not disappointed. Our house looks spectacular! We couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Hugh took the time to explain things to us in detail. His crew was able to not only replace our roof, but also repair our soffits and fascia. They also painted our newly fixed soffits, fascia and gutters. This place looks fantastic! We highly recommend their crew for your roofing needs.
