We replaced all of the windows in our home this past year. Each one was custom made and we have a significant number of windows. Hill Window Company installed our windows and provided the best experience. Jay, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. Very personable, detail oriented and on top of things. They were very professional, good at communicating timelines/ schedule changes, did a great job cleaning up, and despite a couple windows needing to be reinstalled (not of their fault) ensured everything was installed perfectly. Would highly recommend!

I am adding a review for Hill Window Company, but this is for a deck they built for us. After a long time of considering contractors, we decided to ask Jay if he knew someone that could build a deck for us. We then found out that he did build decks and we worked out a contract. Best decision I have ever made. We got way more than we expected for the price from the start based on his recommendation for design. We needed something special with being a deck and also a carport as our old garage is too small to put a car in. Three years ago when asking a more well know contractor the cost for putting something like this in it was a good 60% higher than what we paid now. Jay and his team were very professional, very good at communicating exactly what they were doing, explaining each step of the design and build, and were minimally invasive during the build. The result was amazing. It is extremely well built and way more attractive than we thought it would be. Without getting into details of the design, it is very functional as well for us as a dual carport. It is now a wonderful feature of our house. For whatever you need, I would highly recommend using this company. If they say they can do it, they can. Thank you very much Hill Window Company!!!

Jay and crew installed new Pella windows and 1 door last week. They arrived at the scheduled time, placed drop cloths in the traffic and work areas and vacuumed the area when finished. Very thankful we found hill windows. After some scamy salesmen, it was refreshing to meet him. Very knowledgeable and didn't push us to sign like everyone else. Seemed like he cared more about making us comfortable then making a sale. Within days of getting the windows he and his crew had them in. 5-6 hours for 11 windows. A lot of tarps and things laid down to keep the house clean. I think they left it cleaner then it was. All in all a 5 star experience and instant recommendation to all family and friends.

Jay and his team installed 20+ windows, a sliding glass double door and 4 other exterior doors over a three day period - as per our contract. All windows and doors were professionally finished inside and wrapped properly on the exterior. Jay and his team were awesome! They helped us to repair two windows in our home that had issues from the manufacture. Before finding Jay, We had, had several window installers come look at the windows as we searched for a resolution. None of the other installers we spoke to knew how to fix the windows. We were so lucky to find Jay; The knowledge Jay has about windows was evident as he was able to quickly look at our windows, identify the issue, and fix our issue. After he fixed the issue, he was able to put our trim back on the two windows and did so flawlessly. All of this was done quickly. Jay and his crew installed 46 replacement windows in one our offices. It took quite a bit of cooperation and communication to install that many windows in an active office building. Even battling weather delays, the job was completed on schedule. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up their work area and paid attention to the details of putting everything back in place once they were done. The job turned out better than I had hoped. Jay Hill and his crew replaced two large (74" x 98") custom windows and removed two interior sliding glass doors & trimmed the door frames. Jay worked with the onsite Pella rep on a video call to assist with and confirm the measurements, which gave me confidence that the job was starting on the right foot.

We had a door replaced right before Christmas. When the old door was removed, it revealed lots of damage to the wood underneath. A new header and footer was needed as well as some adjustments to the sides of the frame so the new door would fit properly. Damage was also above the door and this too needed to be fixed. Jay Hill had to call in an extra person to fix all of these problems and did exactly that so we could have a door over our Christmas "vacation" time. We were grateful that he could problem solve quickly so we could have the new door installed before the sun set. Our new door looks fantastic! Overall, Jay Hill does amazing work, and he's a really honest and decent person.

From the first contact with Jay, to the last day, when the old door was removed and the new slider was installed, I was kept totally in the loop. There were several calls made during this time, and Jay made every call. He told me when he would call me back and he did, he told me when he could install the door and he did. Try to find that kind of service in today’s world.

After the widow project, we hired Jay to replace our old door. It was a challenge since repairs needed to be done around the door from water damage.

Most recently, we hired Jay to replace our flat roof. He replaced it with a commercial grade flat roof and also added a slight slope to keep water from pooling on it.
