Excellent photo opportunity here with the retro gas station and NYC Subway car in the front of the business. I was impressed how the gas cans were still there and not stolen by people. That says a lot about the town of things that don't get messed with. It's worth the stop here,. especially right after sunset with the lights coming on.

The team from Georgia Unlimited Roofing & Building that made renovations to our house did a good job for us. They did a good job with using the plan and making minor corrections/changes when requested-especially for the internal changes. The team was led by Mike Zimmerman. They were polite and asked for our input throughout the construction process.

It’s been a long month living in this house while the kitchen was undergoing a renovation down to the 1933 lumber that it was built with. But it hasn’t been boring, that’s for sure! There has been some kind of action happening every day for the past month as the guys from Georgia Unlimited Builders updated our space with red oak floors, marble counter tops and custom made cabinets. These folks do good work and they treated our home with respect. I’d hire them again without reservation.

I talked to several roof installers about my roof. The people I talked to just wanted to sell a new roof. When I talked to Cameron about my roof he came by when he said he would and all throughout my dealings with him, he kept me up to date. He is one of the nicest young men I’ve met. We had an excellent experience with Cameron Fry and Georgia Unlimited Roofing & Building. We had identified a leak in our chimney and had consulted multiple contractors for quotes. Cameron supplied a detailed quote by line item which I really appreciated. He also took the most steps to ensure we would not have any leak problems which I really appreciated. Absolutely one of the best companies that you can hire to build a new house, finish a house, remodel or do other projects. The entire staff is very customer oriented. Problem solving and no drama. Very talented staff. They are hands on, even the owners. They are present during the entire project. They do not hire it out and leave it unsupervised. Their talent, supervision, full time staff (even in the field) as well as their customer service puts them above and ahead in the building industry. You will be fortunate to have them build your house or any other projects you may have.

Putting a new roof on your home is a big decision and a major cost. I have two homes on my property and Georgia Unlimited Roofing & Building replaced both for me. First, the crew arrived to the job site timely and was fully prepared to work. The job was projected to take two days but only took one day. The clean up after the work was impeccable!! I received everything that was mentioned during our initial conversation. They were quick to respond to any questions and kept their word! I would happily do business with them again as well as recommend them to family and close friends.

Having to do business with Ga. Unlimited Roofing & Building was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Cameron Fry was very professional and did what he said he would do. Awesome

Cam and Adriana were great to work with! Adriana took all the information that I provided to her and was able to explain to Cam the specific storm damage that had occurred on our roofline. Within two days of the phone call my roof line was fixed and the color is matched perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better repair job.

This organization was recommended to me, and they were PERFECT for our needs. I was very pleased with Cameron's professionalism, communication style, and going beyond to ensure that the job was done right. I have plans to use them again. Can’t say enough good about this company. I usually fix things around the house myself, but there are things like roofing and major framing I can’t do. And for that, I call Cameron. Easy to work with, jobs have been done on time, professionally done, and cleaned up. If you need a general contractor, choose these guys.

We had an insurance claim repair after a tree fell and destroyed a good portion of our out building (not a small shed either but a full on tiny house sized shed). After being recommended to us by a friend, Cam and his team navigated a lot of permitting and helped us get to the right decision of what to do. Even though we ended up doing a demo vs. a rebuild, Cam graciously helped us out by seeing the job through even though it wasn't what we originally planned. Would 100% work with them again!

EDIT: We had our roof replaced by Georgia Unlimited recently (February 2024) and once again they did a fantastic job. Roof was done in a day and the rest was taken care of promptly with painting and such. Once again proving why they're a solid choice for any major home project.

GA Unlimited renovated our kitchen and we are THRILLED with the results! GA Unlimited was very professional, responsive, reviewed everything with me before executing, and did everything they could to get me everything I wanted in my kitchen. Georgia Unlimited done an excellent job putting a new roof on my house, in all phases. From the initial inspection, through the claim process, and job planning they were responsive, helpful, and transparent. Kenny helped us walk through the insurance process and how it worked and Cam laid out the costs clearly. They did a nice job of provided recommendations on material and letting us pick what we wanted. They can do any type of roof you want but, Cam will be honest with you about the costs and benefits of all the options. They scheduled the job in advanced so we could plan life around the work and they hit their schedule for the work being completed. There was no rescheduling to start or having the job take longer. The crews they used did a phenomenal job on the roof itself, didn't cut any corners, and cleaned up after themselves every day they were onsite. They didn't leave us a mess! I would highly recommend Georgia Unlimited for your roofing repair and installation needs.

Our house caught fire dec 24 2019.

I reached out to maybe about 4 contractors, and asked them to come interview for the job.

Everyone had ask me to just send them pictures and they will quote me on the job.

We are first time homeowners, never dealt with a lost so big.

Cam was the only one who responded back professionally and in a timely manner, and schedule an interview.

We started rebuild in February, and then we had a pandemic outbreak. With everything going on we came upon obstacles, vendors shutting down, suppliers running out of supplies.

Cam stepped in and help me look for material I would like, and was able to make our vision come true.

I had three roofers out before I called Georgia Unlimited. Cam and Craig came out and took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof. They explained how it was constructed and provided options to fix the issues. I was very impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail. I highly recommend them. At the very least it is worth a free consultation with them. They may have options to repair that other companies may not mention.
