We had a great experience remodeling our kitchen with Jackson's Maintenance and Home Repair. He came in on budget for the bid. We did ask him to expand his scope of work as we saw the quality of the work, and the additional work was priced fairly. He also was conscientious about our house, placing proper coverings over all the carpet areas they had to walk over.

Jeremy was punctual, quick to respond, and has overall excellent communication! He replaced my stairs which sadly I do not have a before picture for comparison. Reasonable prices and excellent work. So pleased with his service and will definitely be a returning customer. My stairs are much sturdier and more beautiful than I could have imagined! He came back and caulked the gap between the stairs and the wall and it looks great. Old house, old staircase.

Jackson and his crew did some fantastic work. He replaced just about every door in my home and repaired some baseboards and trim. He made sure my house was clean before he left and I would highly recommend for any home job.

This company is unreliable and flakey. I needed a new porch roof because the old one was damaged during a storm. He came out to look at it, told me he could definitely do the job, and to expect an email later that day with an estimate. I called the next day because I had not received an email. He apologized and told me the estimate was almost finished and said he would make sure I received it no later than this evening. The following day I called again because I had not received anything, and the call went directly to voicemail. I have not heard back from him since. If they hadn't strung me along, I would have called someone else and the porch roof could have been completed sooner. Total waste of time.

Jeremy did a GREAT job on a very difficult old hard rock maple flooring refinish. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Jeremy and Darian took on a difficult task to repair brickwork flaking off of our house. They were diligent and always alerted me to when they would be working. We are quite pleased with their work, and anticipate hiring them for more work in the future. Jeremy even textured the repair to blend in with the paintwork being done in future.

Jeremy and his team were absolutely amazing! Stellar service with a such a beautiful outcome! Our shower was in absolute shambles and was unusable for many months. We discovered that underneath our home, the water pipes to the shower were horribly corroded and leaking, and there was extensive water damage underneath the shower and Jeremy fixed everything for such a very reasonable price. He made a huge scary task seam like a simple fix. We were reluctant to have the work done because we didn’t think we’d be able to afford it. I wish we would have found Jeremy much sooner because now we have a beautiful (and safe) working shower. Honest to goodness, I can’t imagine that there is anyone more friendly, kind, immaculate, committed, and professional than Jeremy! He’s TRULY a master craftsman. We are now saving up for a complete renovation of our other bathroom, and I can’t wait to see the fantastic magic and craftsmanship that Jeremy unleashes for the next project! THANK YOU JEREMY! Fantastic job! Repaired section of siding under eaves.Replaced rotting wood and metal and able to reuse the siding. Did the job well in one day!
