I contacted this company/contractor through E-mail, with the intent of hiring to renovate a property I purchased in the Berkshires. I was detailed, courteous, & straight forward in what my co-owner & I were looking to have done. I expressed that we aren't looking to build the Taj Mahal Berkshire County, but believe in improving a property if effort/funds allow, in our case we are blessed this is the case. I did express I sought a professional that valued all renovation attempts and not to waste my time with a disappearing act if their chasing the millions. A response came through which was beyond rude from Alyssa, which stated "We are not the company for you", says everything you need to know!! That she'd be willing & bold enough to go out of her way to bother to write such a cocky statement with no explanation. I guess she missed the lesson in class & respectable standards but the fact that she wrote but didn't, was certainly intentional to be nasty /insulting. I have been in the process of liquidating my father's estate & foundation in Cal tech, Manhattan Beach California, worth in the tens of millions. With the properties here in Mass I'll be investing in, this contractor guaranteed made a grave mistake!! Be careful who you turn your nose up at & go out of your way to intentionally offend. The positive reviews are likely fake considering the deviant mentality. Renovating and development is extraordinarily expensive, make sure you are giving your money to a contractor that treats you well & is deserving!!
