Can anyone please share where I can contact them the number they have is out of service got my house with them 4 years ago and there is mold from water leaking from the cealings of all the bathrooms.! They did a horrific job and now I have mold on a 4 year old construction home!! Please can someone tell me how I can get a hold of them the contractor is name Jerry Sullivan.
I have been in my home 6 years , 4 months, I am the first homeowners of this property and my roof is leaking I have pans and plastics in this new home. I have contacted a roofing company that is supposed to come out in the morning.
I tried to file a claim a few weeks ago and was informed my shingles are not installed properly is the reason my roof is leaking and I have 2 loose shingles.
Update Aug, 8 the builder did make it right and had another roofing company redo my complete roof. I am still nervous so I will hire a roofing inspector to come look at it. I don’t want to be a complainer but the roofing guys were very clean but during the installation of new shingles left some laying on the grass too long now I have burn spots a lot on the side of my house, wish it would have at least happen on side next to the woods but I wasn’t so lucky so now I wait and see if the grass will grow back or will I have to replant those areas.
