There aren’t enough good things to say about Jody and his workers. They installed a new roof on our gazebo which came out great. He was very easy to get in touch with if I had questions and during the install, I received updates and photos which I appreciated. He made it a smooth process from start to finish. Professional, efficient, responsive and quality work. Would 11/10 recommend for any of your future home or business projects!

Jody and his assistant nailed down some flashing on my roof. They also spotted some caulking that needed replacing while up there and did that. It was a minor repair done quickly and at a reasonable price.

I came home Friday night (yesterday as I’m posting this) in the middle of a heavy rain, and found a puddle in the basement. I traced it up to the chimney and found a leak up in the attic crawl space, and started making calls pretty urgently. After a few attempts with no luck, I called J. Sicard Construction. Joe took my call, evaluated some external chimney photos I texted him on the spot, and talked me through the issues with bad chimney seals on the roof so I’d be clear about what was happening.

As soon as it was dry enough on Saturday to work safely, Joe’s crew came over. They were professional and thorough, and our chimney is now set. Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, and the lightning quick response time. On a weekend no less!

We’re already looking at another much less urgent project that I’ve been putting off for too long, and I’m psyched to finally tie that off as well especially since I know it’ll be done right

I recently suffered roof damage due to heavy wind and rain. I contacted several contractors to look at the storm damage. Jody reached out to me immediately to schedule a visit. Instead of just taking my money to patch the roof, Jody took the time to thoroughly inspect the damage along with the roof construction. He not only saw the damage, but he showed me the source of the problem and informed me that it was covered by insurance. Jody was very patient and informative as he walked me through the roof repair process. His crew was hard working and very professional. Today, I have a new roof due to Jody. Our 1901 house had wind damage to the aluminum clapboard siding on the upper front story. My husband and I had been trying to find someone to repair it, but were unsuccessful, as it needed to be removed then reattached and aluminum siding bends easily. I had Jody Sicard come over and he suggested the best solution would be to replace that siding with vinyl. He thought that vinyl shingles by Certainteed would give the house a more modern look. I am very particular about aesthetics and worried how it would look using a different color/shade on top as there was no way to match the existing siding color. Jody was very accommodating obtaining samples for us. There was a delay in getting the ordered shingles, but not on Jody's part. As soon as he got the shingles, he delivered them and had his workers install them the next day. He knew we were close to listing the house for sale and needed it done ASAP. The install and cleanup were flawless. We actually loved the house's new look and if we hadn't been selling it we would have had Jody change out the siding on the other 3 upper sides. I recommend J Sicard Construction. He truly cares!

Just had Roof, gutters and inside sheetrock work done by Jody and his team. I was referred to him by one of my wife's co-workers. Was told he does a great job and the best prices. Received over a half dozen quotes, and he was the lowest price for each project. He started each project on time, was very responsive to all questions and concerns we had, and completed the jobs in time frame and price quoted.

I had went through 4 quotes and this was the company that gave me a fair price. I had a couple of projects done. It was a lot of work when my ceilings were getting done, but it was all worth it at the end. I’m in love with the way my ceilings came out! I also love the way my roof came out but definitely upsessed with my ceilings. I highly recommend this company!! My mom is a young 83 years old. Jody had done a roofing job in the neighborhood and the neighbor told Jody that my mom had roof damage from a micro burst from August 4, 2019. He told Jody because he noticed she hadn't had it repaired and thought he could help. Because of covid my mom did not answer her door. Jody had been trying to get in contact with her to help with the roof. Finally in April 2021 he reached her...she answered the door. He was concerned also because for almost 2 years she didn't answer when he rang the bell. I got involved and spoke to Jody and he told me what happened and I didn't have long as the statue of limitation was going to run out on August 4th 2021...this year. We also had changed our home owners insurance company and thought this was going to be difficult. I put a claim in and Jody also spoke to the adjuster. Between my calling and Jody's involvement the claim was finally approved on July 27th. The check went out and I got it in the bank in time for Jody and his crew to replace our roof on August 3rd 2021...just in time. Jody was very professional and thorough and the roof was completed by 2pm! What an awesome job him and his crew did to replace our roof. I feel that Jody went above and beyond. My mother is very happy and pleased with our new roof. AMAZING JOB!! I highly recommend J Sicard Construction. Thank you Jody!

Jody and Michelle provided great customer service, they explained all of our options, and dealt directly with our insurance company to inspect our wind damaged roof. From the initial inspection to the final walk around, they've been incredible. Our roof looks great and my yard looks great, you'd never know we had major work done to our house yesterday. They showed up when they said they were going to and took care of everything they said they would.
