Jose and the men came in on 8/6/2025 to do a roof repair job. They completed the work in a timely manner, put our decking back together and added a new downspout as well as extended an existing downspout. The areas were swept clean after the job was complete. They went above and beyond to help out. So far I’m completely satisfied. Thank you.

I don’t think this could be the same company that has had so many good reviews. Hired AQ to provide metal roof, James Hardie siding, and gutters on an addition, phase 1 of a large 3 phase project. Horrible excuse filled experience took months to complete. Poor to non existent communication. Poor quality work on siding required complete tear down. Lied about work performed and shingle exposure. Failed to pull permit. Messy job site. I would not want them back to “fix” anything. I must have had the most inexperienced workers available on my project. Multiple attempts to contact the owner were ignored. Pictures to follow if I have time to waste. Huge disappointment. Look elsewhere for quality work.

I have to say I have never seen a more professional and hard working crew. Fabiano was a pleasure to deal with and walked us through every step of the job taking care to explain things in detail and provide any opportunity for questions. After the job was completed perfectly, the team was meticulous in cleaning up. They arrived early and stayed late. Couldn’t recommend Adam and his team at Adam Q roofing and siding any more strongly. I highly recommend Adam Quenneville for their roofing services. They responded very quickly to my inquiry for a roof replacement estimate. The Project Manager arrived as on time as scheduled and was very thorough in his roof inspection. He reported what he found and explained the replacement process, the recommended roofing materials, flashing, insulation, etc., and gave me a realistic timeframe when they could start this project. The work crew arrived on time as scheduled and I was really impressed how hard they worked and stayed on task despite the poor air quality, high heat, and high humidity. The foreman explained what was going on as the work progressed. The roof was in worse shape than originally believed and a couple of more sheets of plywood were needed to complete the project. The additional cost estimate was in “real time” and not excessive, Due to the unexpected work they had to return the following day and worked just as hard in similar weather conditions. They also removed 2 unused stainless steel stove pipes. I was impressed with how smoothly this project progressed, the foremen's feedback about the project, and am extremely satisfied with the new roof. Jay Brumberg

Everyone was fantastic at Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding. We had the siding replaced on our home and it was a big job. Everyone was very helpful, from James in Sales to Dustin in the office and Hernan on the job site. All of Hernan’s crew were all great too. Wow! I watched the hard working men do entire roof in 2 days and they did an excellent job! What a beautiful job. I work in the trades and this company's roofs are 100% better the I've seen on brand new homes! This company does not cut corners, you will get a superior roof and if your house is old your roof will be a much better quality than people buying new homes. Also they will clean your yard and it'll look better than when they started!

I just want to leave my review on this company who did my roof and installed new gutter system in my house. First of all, at end on May I come home from work and find my living room full of water from all the rain we got here in Worcester area. I called this company and the lady on the phone ( maybe was Mary or Martha) was great and understanding and she set me up with a quick app for someone to come to my home. I have to say this company deserve more than 5 star but we have to do the " the 5 star" thing since it is what google rates them.. Anyway, I want to thank Mr. Joseph Snopek, a project manager who came to my home, did all the necessary inspections and walk me tru all the process of checking the whole leaking thing. To Mr. Snopek please tell him I said thank you for all the things he did to help me navigate to have my roof taken care of. Then on June 6 the crew came out very early with a supervisor Mr. Fabiano Montonez again please tell Fab that he was great and he made sure the crew was all up to beat and the crew of workers were all nice, great, excellent workers who started very early and finished my roof in one day. To Dustin Peters "the head of operations at the company who helped me with the whole financing process and answered all my questions I really thank him as well. I got my gutters replaced as well ( I just moved into my house last year June and the gutters had to be replaced I was told by my realtor) but anyway, My gutters were all ordered, the office people kept me up to date and the new gutters were installed on June 18. Very happy with the gutter guy that came and did a superb job. I also wanted to thank Mr. Adam Queneville himself for giving me a "reassuring phone call" while I was discussing process with Mr. Snopek ( thank you so much Joe) for all your reassuring and experience you utilized to help my roof situation. The entire roof crew I do not remember their names but all were great, fast on what they were doing and make sure they did a great job at cleaning up and that my entire front and back yard was left all cleaned up and perfect. I personally highly recommend this company; look no further, these people work hard were great and quick with their responses, cordial, responsible and ethical to my property ( thank you all) and if anyone out there are looking for a company with high work ethics call them up for a consultation on any home or roof project. We had Fabiano’s crew and they went above and beyond! Very flexible with time, they moved our patio furniture out of the way and then re-set it all up on the deck when finished AND the clean up job was like they were never there! The communication was great the entire time as well. Highly recommend this team!

The Project Manager, James B., arrived on time and was very professional. James was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the options for the new roof and vinyl siding on the dormers. He patiently listened to our concerns and made his recommendations for our home.
The Production Manager, Dustin P., was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dustin came out to our home, when there was a concern about the condition of the wood on the roof. He recommended replacing the wood and gave us an estimate. Dustin came to our home several times to check on the progress of the replacement roof / plywood and vinyl siding installation. Dustin kept us well informed and updated and listened to our concerns.
The project manager, Jose, and his team of roof installers, siding installers and clean up team were friendly, professional and dedicated.

We hired Adam to do the roofing our 4 unit condominium. We met Adam and liked his work ethics and that his is a local family business. He spent time getting to know us and offered a deal that was unbeatable.
His crew was here almost immediately after we made the deal and two days later they were finished. The roofs look fabulous. My only complaint was that my flowers took a beating and not all the nails were picked up. Even so, we plan to hire Adam back for some siding work. An excellent job done.

They did a great job! Repaired my chimney, shampooed my roof and cleaned all around the house to get rid of the debris from the roof. All green mold, black spots cleared away, like magic!
I am very pleased with their work, their knowledge and their professionalism.

This 2-part job has started off great with the roofing done in one day today and the siding job comes next in a few weeks. We could not be more pleased with our entire experience with Adam Quenneville Roofing. We received a very quick response to our initial inquiry and were met by Weston only a few days later. The estimate was provided to us promptly and it was thoroughly explained. Wes answered some questions that we had and the appointment for our roof replacement was scheduled within a week. We had excellent communication from Head of Operations Dustin Peters leading up to our installation date and our Project Manager Fabiano Oliveira was outstanding. The entire crew was excellent and respectful of our property. The project was completed in one day and Fabiano did a complete walk-around with us. The clean up was also very impressive with not a single scrap left in the yard. We highly recommended Adam Quenneville Roofing!!!

Quenneville Roofing was very receptive to our request to have our roof inspected due to some water damage. Wes came out the following day and did a full inspection with great detail. By the end of the visit he had everything written up for us and ready to go. It did take some time to get the shingles we needed in but when they did Fabiano and his crew did a fantastic job. They worked on the hottest day of June and finished before sundown all while providing me with great picture updates, their effort and communication is what produced this 5 star review. Would recommend Quenneville to family and friends.

I recently had some "critter damage" to my roof. Adam and his crew put in my roof 20 years ago. I sent them a couple of photos outlining the damage and waiting for the words "new roof needed". To my surprise they responded that it only needed to be repaired with a new cap. Dustin did an incredible job answering my questions and keeping me up to date on when and about what time the project would begin. Neal came with his men at 8:15, told me exactly what to expect and finished in an hour. This entire project was handled professionally from beginning to end. Adam's company was great 20 years ago and still is today.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. From the very beginning, trying to schedule an appointment to having a roofer come over and give the roof estimate. He was very thorough and explained every little detail to me even the CEO called me to make sure everything was great. The workers came on time they were efficient and professional. I am very happy with this Company. I had a roof washing,And some repairs done to the roof. The only complaint I I had was that some of the chemicals they used to wash my roof dripped down onto my vinyl siding, I was told that they would clean the house and leave no stains. The only reason I noticed was because my house is a very light yellow , and I recently power washed the house.

Extremely happy with my experience electing Adam Quenneville Roofing to repair and install new roof. From the intro stage with Zach explaining processes, details and business they offer. The crew that arrived started working the minute they pulled into the driveway. They exhibited an extraordinary work ethic under Marcus's lead. They worked nonstop throughout the entire day to complete the job. I have not witnessed that dedicated work ethic in years. Marcus was on location throughly documenting, directing, photographing progress to the completion of the project. He is a great communicator by texting, talking me as to progress. The job is completed to my expectation, the site is as clean and undisturbed as before they began. I strongly recommend this company to anyone requiring their services.

I was very impressed by the whole experience working with this company - Wes, who came to do the inspection and quoting, was very knowledgeable, but was not pushy. He presented the information, was very transparent about what we did/didn't need, which I didn't get from other companies I'd dealt with.

Dustin, Kaylee, and the team were great about getting the permit pulled and getting the job scheduled quickly, which we appreciated given that we were having an issue!

The crew that came to do the job was incredibly efficient, and quick, and did a great job cleaning up the site once they were finished.

I had a leak in my roof. They came out right away, inspected my roof, gave me a list of options, and helped me decide what was best. I went with a complete roof replacement (it was time), which they did in one day and it looks fantastic. The entire process was handled extremely professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I contacted two roofing contractors after I discovered the ceiling leak in my sunroom. The first contractor asked me how old was the roof. When I told him 17 yrs, without going onto the roof he said the roof was old and needed a complete replacement. Fortunately for me, the next day Ron arrived from Adam Quenneville. The first thing he did was get the ladder out and climbed up to the roof. Within 5 minutes he advised a tree branch had fallen in a storm and penetrated my roof, thru the shingle and the sheathing. The good news was his company could repair the damaged area and with a couple minor exceptions the rest of the roof was in good shape. Additional work scope that I added was emergency tarp covering to eliminate further damage to the sunroom plus a roof shampoo to remove the moss and algae that had accummulated over 17 years which is harmful to the shingles. All aspects of the project were handled in excellent fashion. Dustin kept me well informed on scheduling plus provided a photographic history of the project from beginning to end. Marcus as onsite supervisor for the roof repair and Kaio as onsite supervisor for the roof shampoo were friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. After the work was completed the house was given a thorough hosing down and cleanup. Finally, the following day another supervisor came to make sure I was satisfied with the work and remove any missed roofing nails from the previous day. This is a long review but I wanted to give credit where credit was due. Needless to say I give Adam Quenneville a big thumbs up to anyone needing roofing work.

Phase one was for some roof work, 2 guys showed up an hour late in a black pick up truck and I had to inform them of some of the work to be done which was the main reason for calling the company
Phase 2 was for some new gutters for which one guy arrived in a plain white van/box truck
Other than a yard sign there was no official or professional company appearance

Let me start by saying what a fantastic job Adam Quenneville did on my siding job. I saw what progress was being made each day by Hernan the site supervisor. He answered my questions thoroughly and with the utmost respect. Jose and the boys worked very hard and did an exceptional job. I am so happy the way it turned out. Again thank you for everything.

The crew did a great job installing my roof. They also do a great job cleaning up after the job. Dustin is the production manager and he does a great job scheduling and keeping the customer informed about the different aspects of the job.

Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding is truly a 5 star company. I can’t recommend them enough!! Everyone from the first meeting with John, through the entire process, with Fabiano and his team was exceptional. John came to the house and conducted a full evaluation, inside and out. He got up on the roof and provided me a video, with commentary, so that I could see the major issues (not visible from the ground), while we discussed my options to fix them. In my case, the fix was that I needed a brand new roof. There was no pressure from John to make a decision right then and there. He understood that this was a big investment for me, as a first time homeowner (who had not been expecting to need a new roof so soon). I wanted time to discuss with my family. John gave me the video to share, and I asked him many questions over the course of a week. His patience, knowledge and commitment to the quality of AQ’s workmanship made the decision easy. On the day construction, Fabiano and his team were so great! They arrived at 7:00 AM and were done with entire project, including siding repair (where I had a leak) and cleanup by 6:00 PM. Fabiano was there all day, explaining the process and sending me photos each step along the way. I was so impressed by his entire team! They did an incredible job on the cleanup as well. By the time they were finished, you would have never known that there was a major construction project going on, other than the fact that I have a beautiful new roof. Thank you again!

We are happy with the work done from Adam Queenville. Dustin scheduled our project and informed us of who was coming and what to expect. Marcus and his crew worked from 6:30 am to 8 pm into the evening to complete the project. We have a very large home with a lot of peaks which made this a big job. The whole house was wrapped in tarps for protection. Throughout the day Marcus kept us informed on each stage and provided photos. The photos are amazing. We were able to see, through pictures, each layer as it was placed. Marcus was there to talk to us throughout the day and explain to us what was going on. We are happy with the work and recommend for any projects needed.
When the project was complete Marcus and his team made sure the site was left immaculate. There are no nails or debris left behind. My roof looks amazing and I would highly recommend Adam Queenville and his team to anyone needing a roof replacement.

When you are doing roofing job, there is very little to go by but your gut felling and the work that is done. That is why i am leaving and excellent review for Quenneville Roofing and SIding. I needed to have my chimney taken down, the gutters cleaned out and my roof cleaned, shampooed and refreshed. From the very beginning to end they did a great job. they came out quickly, did a fair estimate, and had all the correct insurance and certifications- all protections available. They were quick professional and worked very hard in getting my place to look quite good. Kaio Lesles explained the project every step of the way and the time it would take to complete. The chimney was taken down first and it is hard to see where it was. They did a very good job of blending in the new shingles. My neighbor who is a licensed contractor also mentioned to me how nice the house looks and what a very good job they did. I would easily recommend this company to anyone needing rood work to be done quickly efficiently and at a reasonable price.

Honestly not impressed. They send out someone to bumble through the initial quote Then after you ask them to address it, they assist you with bumbling through it a second time. Not quite sure how this business has so many five star reviews. Because the way they did business with me did not reflect it.

I contacted Quenneville roofing and scheduled an inspection and estimate for a complete new roof. It only took a few days and John came and gave the roof a complete inspection, including pictures of problem areas he photographed while up on the roof. We also went over some trim and siding issues I needed repaired which they were able to do at the same time. We sat down and discussed available materials and options and John completed the estimate at that time. I was impressed how fast they were able to give me a start date which was only about a week after the inspection. A day prior to the start they delivered a dumpster, and the materials and shingles arrived also. The next day the crew arrived about 7:15 AM and stayed until 7:00 PM completing the entire job in one day, and that included the trim and siding work I wanted done at the same time. Marcus, the site supervisor stayed all day while the crew did the heavy work. The crew was fast…. I was quite impressed how hard these guys worked. As I said earlier, the job was completed and they left the place very clean. You would never know anyone had been working they cleaned up so good. So I gave Quenneville Roofing 5 stars for a job well done. Even the employees who answer the phone are polite and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the area needed new roofing. Oh, and I should mention I also got the veterans discount!

I did a photo response before the crew left my house, saying that I was very pleased with the job, except that I don't understand why the ends of the ridge do not seem to have been completed; I think the foreman said someone else would come to complete the job, but no one has.

Marcel put gutters up on our 1920 farmhouse. I was so impressed with his work ethic and how he made sure we were happy with the aesthetics, making adjustments as needed. He did the whole house himself in less than a day…and even fixed a piece of siding which he said just took a minute, but made me so happy. Marcel was professional and extremely personable. The quoted price by Adam Quenneville was very reasonable and the work was completely within a week of speaking with them.

We just had our house and garage roof replaced by AQ. Our attic wasn't ventilated properly so they also installed a solar fan. They did an excellent job talking us through everything that needed to be done and showing us the work afterward. The supervisor, Fabiano, was really pleasant to work with. He stayed on site the whole time and kept us updated on the progress throughout the day. They did a thorough job cleaning up to make sure there were no nails left in the yard for the kids or dog to find. Highly recommend these guys!

The whole experience was absolutely outstanding. We needed soffit and fascia replacement. We were under a time crunch with our house going on the market to sell and they worked with us to get it done before the first showing of the house with a week's notice! The men that came in to do the work were very pleasant and walked around the house with us when they were done to ensure we were happy with the look and the work. We have a log cabin and we were told there may be a color difference, but it matched perfectly! There was a misunderstanding on what needed to be done (totally my fault, didnt know that soffit and fascia were 2 different things), they were on the phone with me the same day and will be back out to do the other part in 3 days! Price for work qas very reasonable. To say were are beyond pleased would be an understatement! I would 100% refer anyone needed roof work to them hands down!

Adam Queneville was the only company willing to come out in person to see the house. Thank You James Bonavita for taking the time to come out and walk around the property with me. He was very transparent and helpful with the process of inspecting the roof, making plans for the repair and working within our budget. Thank You to Marcus Jorge for being on site during the entire roof replacement. Marcus kept updating us with information regarding two big repairs and photos throughout the day regarding repairs/replacement. Kaio and Fabiano came today to do roofing job on my residence. They arrived earlier than expected and did what looks like a great job. Cleanup was done leaving the place as good as new. Finished the whole job on time and were very communicative and pleasant to deal with. Recommend them.

We had Adam Quenneville Roofing back this spring (2025) for the front part of our house, which was a bigger job. The work looks great: new side hips, slider entry overhangs, and front slope with 4 replacement Velux venting skylights. This crew was as energetic as last year's and just as competent.
