During last years monsoon we acquired damage to our soffit in our front foyer, and also a leak under our back patio which the water actually ran down thru our ceiling fan. We figured it needed to be fixed before monsoon hit again. John was quick with the estimate, and was here within a week to fix it.. His guys were all extremely polite and professional. We used him about 2 years ago as well.. We will definitely call him again when it comes time to do the rest of our roof. Professional, on time & fair priced

November 2020 I consulted JC Contracting to fix a leak in my rooftop. It took them 40 minutes to fix the leak and they charged me $ 1,625. Extremely pricey for small leak!
On December 2021 around Christmas the same leaking happened again and I contacted their customer service.
This time the damage from leak was WORSER than before not even a year later around the same time.
I called and spoke to Preston, the same guy who I spoke with for the initial estimate and repairs.
Took him 3 days to come out ,and when he did the inspection was minuscule at best. .
Instead fixing the leak under the 2 year warranty he wanted to charge me for the repair of the same leak twice. Preston was very unprofessional and rude.
Also, he was extremely upset that we had to call him on a weekend and asked to repair the leak under the original warranty due to their poor workmanship. He refused to repair the leak. However, we asked him for a estimate for the same leak repairs since we just wanted it to be fixed.
He promised us he would get back to us with a quote for the same leak repair but he never got back to us or bothered to call us.
I did also report them to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

I do NOT recommend this company!!They wasted our time and money and I had to find someone else to actually fix it this time around.
JC Contracting is a very bad company, and their workers do a very bad job!
They don't take the warranty for leaks very seriously !!

Had them come out to inspect and repair roof tiles. One of the workers dropped an end cap on my wife’s vehicle causing a ding and scratch on her hood. I immediately reported the damage to John who advised the have insurance and he will start the claim process. After several phone calls J Preston roofing are not returning my calls and have made no attempt to fix the hood on my car…shady practices and would not recommend or use them again…guess I’ll just report it to my insurance and have them go after J Preston for reembursement

A leak in out bathroom ceiling had us at a loss
for a roofing contractor . John was recommended and he came early the next morning. Our roof is okay, but the AC condenser is dripping. John took pictures and explained in length the problem. We will now contact our AC company. Being Seniors we so appreciated his quick response and his time.

They had me when they flew a drone in order to inspect the damage to my roof. With that being said, the repairs were completed in a timely fashion and in accordance to the bid that they submitted to me. The workers were very professional and the quality of their installation was more than acceptable. Fantastic job well done. I would certainly use them again and would, obviously, recommend J Preston Contracting for any of your roofing needs. Thank you.

We called John and he came to inspect our roof the very next morning (on a Saturday). He gave useful information and a good price to replace our roof. His team was very efficient and did a great job. At the end of each day, they did a thorough clean up of the debris in our yard. We're very happy with the new roof. I highly recommend J Preston Contracting!

They used a drone to capture any areas that need repaired. Much to my surprise, they did not try to oversell me, gave me a quote for a repair. I elected to move forward because they were very reasonable, honest and provided a long term strategy that would not break my bank.

I messaged them Monday and they came out Wednesday to do a free estimate. Quoted it on the spot. And came Friday and repaired my roof. Send before and after pictures and made a nice report. I recommend them.

J Preston Contracting was extremely professional. They provided me a quote and did not attempt to sell me on frivolous, unnecessary repairs. They shot me straight, and I would gladly give them my business in the future.

Using J Preston Contracting for my roof repair and then replacement turned out to be a good experience. They stood behind their work when the roof repair turned out to be much more once they got up on the roof and they were able to incorporate the repair cost in to the replacement. Their workers were prompt and safe and got a five day job done in three days and kept the area clear and free of debris and nails. And the few items that did find their way to the pool or around the property, the items were quickly cleaned up and things were left in better shape than they found them. Everything was communicated once the job began and I'm very happy with the work performed. The biggest issue hiring contractors is establishing a level of trust and J Preston did that and more.

They were a pleasure to work with. Excellent quality and great prices! They went above and beyond my expectations. I was very pleased with their work. I will be recommending J Preston contracting to all my family and friends!

John and his team completed my patio roof a few months ago. John sat down with me and we looked at all of my options. I was working with my insurance company and John was patient and sent me all required info needed in a timely manner.

John’s team is friendly and completed the job on time and did a great job. We just had a major downpour of rain over 2 days last week and the roof looked good. I looked a few times and the water was not “pooling” anywhere and it was draining properly.

John designed a barrier on my roof to avoid water emptying into the pool that works effectively and eliminated the need to install a drain as I had before. Much cleaner and more seamless.

I discovered one minor leak during the rain and John had one of his guys repair it within a week. Applied new asphalt, and fully tested it with running a hose to ensure the repair worked. John also sent me pictures of what was done.

5 stars and I would highly recommend John and his team for any of my roofing needs.
