JP & Family sent a crew of 30 people to replace an entire roof in one single day the day before it snowed. The tenants on the top floor were forever grateful, as was my client. This company is fair and quick. James and the guys did a super job. Never came to me with problems, only solutions. They helped us repair skylights that were not even covered in the contract with no additional cost. I have been a return customer for 7 years and they have completed 6 new roofs. As a property manager I sleep better knowing that we didn't mess around.

I couldn't have been more impressed with my entire experience in needing to have my roof replaced. Not only were they professional in all aspects, they replaced the roof in a single day. The personalized communication and attention to detail were outstanding - the crew doing the actual work was truly amazing, even if they did sound like a herd of elephants taking off the old shingles. I hired JP and family to remove our old roofing and put on new roofing. They did the whole job in one day. They did a fabulous job. The roof looks great. They cleaned up the entire yard. I found no debris left behind. They were efficient and hard working. I would hire them again anytime I need roofing done.

Went with JP after receiving a couple of bids for a roof and skylight install. The google reviews led me to them. They were about 10% cheaper than the other leading Portland roofing company with great results. They answered all my follow up questions during the bid/contract period and showed up when they said they would, and completed it in a day. Had a friend that just went them too, with similar results.

Everything about our experience was high quality. I received an estimate a week after I had called, and they were able to schedule me a couple of weeks after that. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. The installers finished the project in one day, and there was nothing left behind or any sign that they were even there, except the new roof. I was quoted at a very fair price and it was worth every penny for how smooth the process was. Highly recommend JP & Family.

We used JP & Family after we had significant damage from a storm to our roof. They were extremely responsive, professional, and did a fabulous job re-doing our roof. There was constant communication regarding arrival time and what work was getting completed, etc. They cleaned up after they were done and came back to double check for nails. All the workers were polite and respectful. I would recommend this company without reservation. It’s hard to find a company with their work ethic these days.

We hired JP to strip and replace the roof at White Memorial church in Portland. It started of great with good communications from them. When they came to complete the work they we're right on time. The crew worked so well together you could tell they had done this many times. Great organization skills. They all cleaned the ground after. After the third time around they we're sure the got everything. We have children that play in that area so I checked everything again. I couldn't even find one nail. We, the church are very pleased with there service. This family business is the best in roofing! Don't waste time calling anyone else for your roofing needs. Good prices and quality workmanship.

James and crew stripped and shingled my 2 1/2 story barn in January/2021. They arrived on a Wednesday morning and were finished and all cleaned up by before dark. Job well done. Thanks very much!

JP & Family were the best company! My wife and I just purchased our first home and the home inspection uncovered that we needed a complete roof replacement! I got a total of five quotes from different companies and different references, but JP & Family was the best price and I felt like they we’re giving us the best quality of work! With their many years of experience, being family owned and operated, and being local were all pluses for us! They were also able to schedule our roof replacement in a timely manner (even though our roof was a very complicated job). They sent out a huge group of people to finish the job in 3 days! They left the property clean everyday and after the job was complete, they left the property in an expedient manner with no evidence left behind, except of course, a stunning, brand new roof that really added so much beauty and character to our new home! We have fallen even more in love with our home. We would recommend this company to any friends or family of ours!

We were extremely pleased with the workman ship and the professionalism of JP & Family Inc. We reached out to them after seeing some work they did on our neighbors house. They quickly responded to our inquiry about replacing our roof and provided us with a fair and reasonable quote within 24 hours. On the day the work was scheduled to start they showed up promptly and on time with their crew. They took care to cover our plants and patio, so they would not become damaged during shingle removal. It was amazing that they completed replacing our roof in one day. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

We procrastinated a couple of months in signing with them after they gave us a price but they showed no hesitation in completing the job on our terms when we finally did call them.
