I had recently had a contractor install a 12"X12" cedar pergola on my patio in my backyard. I felt it necessary to have a gutter system to direct the water from the patio into my flower beds. I got four estimates: $1595; $1,844; $8,000; and Jim's estimate. The only difference was the three estimates were with larger companies and dealing with sales representatives and instructed me I needed gutter guards. Jim's estimate was less than 1/2 of the lowest bid and told me I did not need gutter guards. Jim's work came with a 3 years workmanship and 15 years materials guarantee. The workmanship and quality of the gutters are outstanding!! Dealing with Jim and his wife to schedule the work and completing the project was seamless and they were very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend J & K gutters to anyone and will go nowhere else if I have any gutter needs.

Late Post...J&K replaced our gutters last year...The oversized gutters are fantastic! The company is very professional, were prompt and our gutters were installed with care.

J&K gutter replaced the contractor grade gutters with wider heavy duty gutters. My house is two stories with a walkout basement so iy was not an easy job. J&K did an outstanding job. Jim pays attention to detail and thoroughly cleans up when he is done.

J&K replaced my gutters two years ago. Recently I had an issue with birds trying to move in to my gutters. I researched Google extensively and originally settled on J&K Seamless gutters for our gutter project. We decided to get a second quote for good measure and made the switch to go with the lower quote. Unfortunately,
that decision in hindsight was the worst we could have made, as we ended up calling J&K back to come fix the poor quality installation and use of inferior materials that were provided by "the other company." Jim was a consummate professionally and helped to identify what was wrong with the previous installation and advised how it would be best to proceed and not have potential long term gutter failure and damages. In most cases, it's best to trust the research and NOT go with the lower price option.

We had several companies out to do a gutter estimate-one was $9000 (then dropped it to $4800 if we signed today), second one $7700 and the third one was Jim @ J&K for $2200. By far, Jim was the most professional, and honest man period! He had the BEST prices, custom made gutters fit to our home he made on site, we upgraded our gutter size, he tied in our downspouts to our drain tile and the leaf guard was perfect. The whole team cleaned up as they worked, were all professional and worked accurate and quickly! Jim followed up with us the next day as well! We HIGHLY recommend J&K!!!

J & K did an excellent job of removing old gutters and installing new 6" seamless gutters. They finished the job in 2 days as planned by working extra long hours each day. Jim is AWESOME!!!!!!! He is professional. Jim cares about the work he does. He takes care not to leave trash, nails, and screws anywhere. I have had Jim come to our house twice. Once to put up our beautiful 6" seamless gutters which stopped all the erosion issues we were having. Then today 08/26/2013 to put up the same gutter system on the front of our house, because a tree fell through the front of our house and destroyed everything.
