Joe answered the phone the first time. He showed up when he said he would. He performed the job as described. There is only one person I call where I need some help. This is your guy! Thank you, Joe!!

Joe did an amazing job on my bathroom project! He was quick to communicate every message, fairly priced, and very professional. Plus, an all around great person. He put up with all my crazy questions and even let my curious son "help" him put down some flooring. He truly was a blessing for me, even helping with some tiny things around the house that I have been neglecting simply because I don't have the knowledge to fix them. I will be calling him for my next project and would 100% recommend him for anyone's projects!

Hired Joe to install Menu Boards at a McDonald's. Was on time and did everything he said he would. Couldn't be happier

Contacted the company around 11/25 - appointment was made for 11/28 for him to see scope of work - agreed to 11/29 after 6 pm. Got proposal 11/30, signed that day. He was to call me on 12/4 - had to contact him @ 8:45pm that evening and again 9:15am 12/5 - he said couldn't start until 12/26. Asked him to confirm time needed for project and if he would entertain an extra $300 to finish prior to Christmas. Response was 2 to 3 days and would get back to me about Christmas. Reached out 12/11, 11am - got response 4:30pm asking for a call - agreed to extra money before Christmas and asked for check to be dropped off for $700. Did so @pm 12/14 and looking forward to seeing him 12/16 @ 9am. He worked Saturday, including a Lowes run. Was due back 12pm Sunday, had to change it to 2pm. Monday came (day 3) and worked - not finished. Wednesday, 12/20, got text saying sick in bed. Told him just needed to make sure basement was done due to family coming in for holidays. 12/21 worked some. 12/22, texted saying more time not feeling well, asked if he would be done by noon - he didn't think so - 10am, he texted he couldn't come, asked tomorrow, he said yes (another Saturday). He got to a point that wall issues were corrected and the door still had work to be done, but agreed the week after Christmas ..... Waiting until 1/4 - texted asking where he was and remember he was paid an extra $300 - now had to text a 2nd time, then the sick/Covid card is played. Refused to make a time or anything. I posted 2 reviews documenting these issues. Forward to 1/8, now he refuses work because I had the nerve to post reviews - Says do what you wish, he doesn't care. Even offered to remove reviews if finished - refused **** at this point, I either (1) want the project finished and will remove reviews or (2) $500 refund, because I had to purchase paints for him to do the project and the $300 paid to have the project finished by 12/25 *** other $700 check was paid 12/23/cashed 12/27

Continued complaint:

After I filed the complaint w/BBB and informed him, he texted me “apologize for overly reacting and I’ll consider finishing the favor”
I responded I would be willing to remove complaints but he did not return my text on Monday, Tuesday (12:56pm), Thursday (3:09pm), Friday (12:02pm) … my last text Saturday @ 12:47pm told him I would be moving forward with complaints and reporting.

Per AG, they can do nothing – because this man LIED to them in writing. At least the letter says it doesn’t mean my complaint is without merit.

I see this person decided to say "false statement" - that is not true - I have all documentation and I will be happy to share with anyone. All because he didn't want to finish the work and not communicate with the customer.

We had them help tether our out building to the ground and build a ramp up to it. This was the easiest experience we've ever had with hiring a handyman. He was extremely responsive, fit us in quickly, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend and plan to keep them in mind for next time.

I contacted Joe through a post I made in a Facebook contractor group. My fence got blown down in a recent storm and Joe repaired it to be better than new, at a very fair price. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did amazing work. 100% satisfied customer here.

I was introduced to this gentleman through a contractor group on fb.
* I made a post in this group a week in advance looking for someone to demo 2 small porches 2 days of work before this pasted Monday. He sent me over the contract $800 and I'll haul it away with my own trailer he will just demo & load payment was to be paid once the job was completed well needless to say I have to demo it myself bc he had asked for 50% on the Sunday before Monday and I said no bc the contract was payment on completion he ghosted the project.
So now I'm 2 days behind bc of him and this weather is not helping either.

reason you pulled off the job was bc you couldn't get ahold of me bc I was sleeping in bc it was the weekend but when I got up I called you and you assured me you would have it done by Monday guess what you didnt. I told you I would have the $800 dollars cash when you finished like the contract stated.
