I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this Ace Hardware, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst shopping experiences. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an overwhelming sense of chaos and disorganization. The store was a complete mess, with products haphazardly strewn about and shelves in complete disarray.

But what truly sealed the deal for me was the abysmal customer service. The employees seemed completely disinterested in helping customers, and it was evident that they lacked the basic knowledge about the products they were selling. It was almost as if they were just hired off the street without any training. When I asked questions about certain items, I received nothing more than blank stares and unhelpful shrugs. It was frustrating beyond belief.

To make matters worse, the store was disgustingly dirty. Dust and grime covered the shelves and floors, and the whole place reeked of neglect. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were not a priority for the store management.

As if the lack of professionalism in the store's operations wasn't bad enough, I was appalled to see the engagement of unprofessional political views in the midst of customers. It is unacceptable for a place of business to promote any political views, especially in such an inappropriate and uncontrolled manner.

Overall, my experience at this Ace Hardware location was an absolute nightmare. Poor customer service, uneducated and disinterested employees, a dirty and disorganized store, and the blatant display of unprofessional political views make this place utterly intolerable. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to steer clear and find a more reputable establishment that values its customers and maintains basic standards of professionalism and cleanliness. This place is an embarrassment and should be avoided at all costs. Go to Busy Beaver, Lowes, or Menards instead!

I love this store, it reminds me of the good old days. As soon as I entered, everyone said Hi and asked me if I needed help finding something. The store is small but, they have alot of different things and I not kidding. If you need something for your house and you are tired of putting up with long lines and not being able to find someone to help you, check out this store. This store isn't big but, it's big on politeness, convenience, cleanliness and variety. That's 5 stars for me!

Mary is the best! She is very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Also, she is friendly and provides excellent customer service!

This store needs to update its hours of operation. I took this picture at 6:16pm on Thursday, August 12th. The store was empty and a closed sign was hanging, but their store hours in the window and online state that they should have been open. Their posted hours say open until 7:00pm.

I've had good experiences shopping here and the staff is excellent, but it is moderately irritating to check online before going to a business only to find that they are closing earlier than their posted hours.

For your house hold products and also will fix that broken window for you and all your plumbing equipment even get your keys made there. They have tools an blades for your saws and drills.. can find your can of paint also. Get your yard tools an material products there.

Best hardware store in the tri-state, if they don't have it your not gunba find it anywhere else, excellent staff, very knowledgeable and know where everything is immediately, love this place

Amazingly, I can find everything here that I can find in any of the bigger hardware/lumber chains. Staff is always knowledgeable and very willing to help you with whatever.

Was in there today amid the covid pandemic and no one had a mask on. I asked about it and was told that “we dont believe in that” i made them aware that the governor issued mandatory indoor masks. It’s a sad shame that they’re not concerned about the customers who’ve built their business and provided them a comfortable living.

This place has all your needs. Power tools, paints and many other household needs to get the job done. Excellent customer service and competitive pricing.
