Jennifer was quick to get Christian to my office (next day). He came prepared with the correct flush valve for the urinal. Water main to the building was only off for 3 or 4 minutes. Minimal down time to Topeka Pediatrics and Pineapple Dream. Exemplary service from Iwig Plumbing!! Sorry, no photos, since my urinal looks a lot like all the all the rest…..

I contacted Iwig plumbing on a Monday morning and was promptly responded to by the most helpful Jennifer. She let me know they would be by that afternoon. Christian came and immediately diagnosed the problem and I was scheduled the next day for repairs. I was so impressed and thankful for the excellent service. Iwigs are very reputable and do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

I had Iwig out to run a gas line for a new gas stove. They showed up on time, ran the line and were very professional throughout the process. When they left I noticed one issue with where they ran it and called them back they came back the next morning first thing and fixed the problem. I will use them again for my Plumbing needs.

Company responded within a short time to my toilet water line break into the basement as well as a leaking kitchen faucet. Christian was very respectful, efficient and knowledgeable and cleaned up the area after he fixed the problem. He took time to explain everything, which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company and especially this plumber for plumbing issues.

The mixing valves in both bathroom showers were bad and the master bedroom shower leaked. It was further complicated because the mixing valves could only be accessed through the front. Tommy and his crew did a great job getting everything fixed and left both bathrooms immaculate. Highly recommend Iwig!

They fixed an old water pipe leak for my aunts. They told them they would take it and re-seed the grass. They lied because they didn’t do it. They also broke the gate in the fence and now it cannot be opened. They also need to repair a shingle. They never came back to clean up the mess. Would NOT recommend this business. Not sure how they got a 4.7 star rating.

Tommy and his crew were amazing. Start to finish. Highly recommended for business and residential. Support staff was amazing, his individual attention to detail was amazing and they got it done in only a few days. It was a big project!

The guys did a wonderful job, very efficient and quick. They also left my place as they found it I will recommend.

They are always reasonable in their pricing. Tommy and crew have replaced water line, water heater, installed toilet and replaced shutoffs and added shutoff valves and replaced faucets. Work is always highest quality. As far as I am concerned their is no other plumber I would think of hiring. 100% satisfied.

I was recommended Iwig by a friend and they were pretty quick getting out to my place to look at the shower/bath remodel project I had in mind. I was told I'd be getting a quote soon and about a month went by but no quote. I called to find out what the holdup was and talked to/left messages with several different people 4-5 times over a 1-2 month period trying to get the quote. I was told multiple times things like that they just spoke with the guy who came and looked at my house or that he's in a meeting but they'd make sure he called me back that day about the quote. Week or two goes by with no call-back. I'd call again and they'd be apologetic again, assuring me that THIS TIME he'd call me back. Never happened. If you don't want the work, just say so and I'll move on to someone else. My friend is embarrassed they recommended Iwig to me.

Tommy is very personable and did a good job on my cast iron pipe replacement...will definitely call again for next repair.

Our water heater went out late at night and the next day Tommy had already visited and installed a new one. Friendly. Trustworthy. Efficient. Truly pleased customer!

Made an appointment for them to fix a leak and they came and worked on it and the next day it is leaking without turning on the water. I called to see if someone could come look at it and they said I had to schedule an appointment. The first available is a week away and what are we supposed to do because now the water leaks even without turning it on, before they were here yesterday the water didn’t leak unless we turn it on. They say they have 24 hour emergency service. Well they don’t!

We had an emergency & they were able to fit us in the same day! Speaking to Sarah on the phone couldn't have been easier. She was kind & took into account our unique situation. The owner-Tomny came to work on an outdoor spicket & was very knowledgeable! We will be back to Iwig!

Hired them to scope my sewage clean out for $200 and the guy only got 8 feet because he said there was a bend in the pipe. He just threw his arms up like he didn't know what he was doing. Talked to the owner and he supported the employee and never attempted to come out himself to see or rectify what was really going on. I'm sorry but if you charge someone $200 for 8 feet worth of service that's bs.

Called about sump pump service and they came out right away, said that the sump pump was fine but made a minor repair to a leaking boot connection. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I just bought a house that was built in 1860, so needless to say there was some work that needed to be done. Iwig Plumbing was quick to get the plumbing fixed so we could get moved in before the holidays. Shortly after the first of the year the water heater went out. Again Iwig Plumbing was quick on getting us taken care of and the price was reasonable too. Thanks Iwig Plumbing!

Late 2017, my sewer backed up into my basement. IWIG came out and scoped the line so we could find the root cause. It was snapped in two places. They quickly came and dug a new line through my basement and out the front of my yard to the sewer. The next malfunction was the water heater. I called IWIG, and the owner walked me through the process of shutting off the water heater so it would no longer do any damage.

The guys who have come to my house and fixed it over the last three months have all been professional. I should note, it did not take IWIG 3 months to complete each task, that's just how much kept going wrong. I'm very pleased with the crew, and the owner. I highly recommend.

Iwig did a great job of not only repairing a water leak, but also completely replacing a section of poor plumbing from a previous contractor. It was a really difficult job in a cramped space. The price was outstanding for the work that was done, including replacing shutoff valves and replacing plastic piping with pex.

Recently used IWIG plumbing for a new water line installation. They were here at the appointment time and ready to go to work with all the appropriate materials. Basically showed them what we needed and Tommy and his crew went to work and knocked it out of the park! Definitely will recommend and use them next time too!!!!

We woke up to sewage in our basement on a Saturday morning. Iwig was recommended by a friend so we called them. Seth called right back, let me know when he would likely show up and gave me a number if I needed anything else. He called when he was on the way to make sure we still needed him, which we did.
When he arrived he was professional, helpful, and did a great job. He got the clog out in under an hour and helped check to make sure everything was flowing. I would have no hesitation calling them again and sure I'd ask for Seth but I'm hoping the rest of the company is as good.

After meeting Tommy and his crew, working with them the last few years I'm happy to say "I have a plumber." Any plumbing issues myself or friends have, is no cause for anxiety. Iwig replaced a collapsed sewer line at our house and did a great job. They stayed in touch on scheduling and when work began they do the job right, using the best materials, backfill, etc. Honest, fair and really care about customer service.

IWIG replaced our sewer line a couple months ago. They worked the line in a manner that saved our established Oak tree and at a lower cost than other quotes. It took two days, the guys that worked on it were really great and considerate.

Then last weekend my shower broke and I wanted them without question. I had bought a replacement fixture to save time, but the technician determined it wasn't necessary. He was able to complete the repair on a weekend for less in labor and parts than I paid for the fixture.

I have to say that I am pleased with their service and value. They will be the first plumber we recommend to family and the first we call for any future needs.
