The property Management group you have hired is super unprofessional:
**Beware When Moving Out!**

The move-in process was great, but the nightmare of moving out was not. Once I moved in, I submitted several maintenance requests that took days to receive a response, and I ended up fixing many issues myself. There is a Facebook renters group for Grantsville Ivory home housing where I have seen a lot of similar negative feedback.

We left the house in excellent condition, and I have photos and videos to prove it, as my fiancé is a contractor. However, we were still nickel-and-dimed on our deposit. I have email documentation and communication that I am willing to share.

I also found a tenant to take over my lease, but they dragged their feet in getting her the lease when she wanted to move in sooner. I plan to hire an attorney by the end of the week, as I feel they are not honest, not organized, and provide terrible service.

Additionally, I have filed a report with the UALD. I have requested calls and have left messages, but I have never received a return call.

Honestly the house is okay, the quality is eh at best. We have nail pops allover the house just 1.5 yrs old we are pushing about 150 of them. They came and fixed some at a year mark but they are worse now then ever. They patched came back to sand and never painted.

The edges that go along the baseboards on the corners are constant falling off. The foundation has small Crack surrounding it.
Also they never disclosed that an entire rental community (about 30 homes) was being built in the same neighborhood by ivory, we never would have bought if we knew that. We were all told it was another phase after these ones.

There are many people who have the same issues with the home and are not happy I also were never told about the rentals.

Once we are able we will sell and never buy them again. They houses were built too fast and ivory isn't what it was 15 years ago.
