I cannot recommend Kurt from Lakeside Heating and air conditioning! I called him on a Saturday with my AC not working and he came the same day just a few hours later. He immediately knew what that problem was and had it fixed it no time. He did not charge extra for after hours and was very friendly. He is the most honest and humble guy I think I have ever met. I'm definitely calling him for any heating or air conditioning needs in the future!

I wish I could give Kurt more than 5 stars! He got my AC working by giving us advice about how to use it correctly, and charged us nothing. What an extremely kind, caring, intelligent guy! We're more than 100% satisfied with his work. Thank you so much!

Kurt is such an amazing guy! It was a Saturday evening, extremely hot outside, the house got up to 87 degrees inside. I figured out that my A/C had a bad capacitor. I was frantically trying to find a replacement but everything was closing or closed, nothing was gonna be open the next day on Sunday. I was about to admit defeat and start scrambling some eggs on the coffee table when I got ahold of Kurt! He was like an angel that came down from heaven! I picked up the part within a few minutes and had the house cooling down in no time! Thank you so much Kurt, you are the man!

(Chelsea Durfee) little late in posting but Kurt came out a couple weeks ago and came out same day and talked to my husband for a long time about our HVAC system. Absolutely outstanding service! Kurt is extremely personable, knowledgeable and cares that his customers are 100% satisfied and understand the work to be done.Not only that it was in the low 20° range when are furnace decided it need a break. Kurt came out on a cold January Saturday night to find our control board went out. He was able to get the part quickly and get our house back to a comfortable temperature. Good guy that cares about his customers. No crazy fees or high pressure sales.

Outstanding service!!!!! Had an issue with my air conditioner at the late evening of the day. Called him and he walked me through how to get it going to try to cool down before he arrived. It worked and before I knew it he was there with the part to fix it with the new part. Then helped us with getting the house to cooling faster with a little trick.

Kurt has been kind enough to help with a repair and a full restoration n replacement. He’s knowledgeable, punctual, and an all around great guy. It would be Impossible to do any better.

Kurt walked me through restarting my furnace. And let me know it was probably a fuse that was blown. And sure enough it was. Any other HVAC guy would’ve charged me for an answer he knew in 2 seconds. I called Kurt at 930am requesting a quote on replacement of my A/C and furnace as I had two other companies tell me that's what I needed. The quotes ranged from $17,000 to $20,000. Kurt agreed to come by my home and take a look. He arrived around 1pm. He spent 3 hours of his time going through my units, looking them over and determined that I didn't need new units just needed the ones I have to be cleaned. He took his time explaining everything he did to me and taught me how to do the maintenance and cleaning myself. Kurt earned my respect and trust today. He absolutely gained a customer for life!

Kurt was booked for the day (Saturday in the middle of a heat wave) and found time to fit us in. He was super friendly and professional and fixed our A/C unit quickly. His prices are very reasonable as well. We will definitely be calling him with our future HVAC needs.

My AC was acting up for several days. I called several different companies and couldn’t get them to even schedule an appointment with me because they were to busy. I called Kurt and he was at my house within an hour. He took time to squeeze me into his busy schedule. He diagnosed my ac problem quickly and had my ac back up and running efficiently within an hour. He’s very fair on his pricing and he’s great at explaining what work he’s doing and why. Kurt was amazing! Got here on time and was highly competent and professional. We were quoted by other companies a huge a amount of money, but he came out and was so honest and fixed the issue quickly and got us up and running for a tenth of the cost. I apologize for posting this so late (4 months…).
Kurt was fantastic to work with! He was able to respond on the worst winter day (yes, that day!)! He walked me through on the issues (combustion intake air being blocked on the roof due to snow.), and before he started, he explained what his repair rates were. He then went through and inspected the furnace, cleaning the flame sensor, the burner assembly and cleaned out the condensate drains. He also went above and beyond, by going out and helping our house cleaner dig out, when she was stuck in the heavy snow! I recommend calling Kurt first!

We recently converted our swamp cooler to central air and were beyond impressed with this company! Kurt and his son were very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable! Kurt was the best when my AC unit was out! He came right away and fixed the issue! He was so friendly, respectful, went out of his way to explain to me how to program my thermostat and explained why's of everything and even told me what filters were best for my furnace! Very quickly diagnosed our problem and very promptly repaired it while explaining each thing that was happening. Arrived within hours of me calling and stating I had a problem with my heater. Fantastic, and will call again the next time we have an issue.

Kurt came out after we had a small gas leak in a valve on our water heater. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, he explained what he was doing and why, showed me the process and how to determine if a new issue arose. He was super kind and curtious, just an all around great guy. If ever you need an HVAC guy, just call Kurt.

Kurt was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He installed our 1st Central Air unit on the roof. He explained everything he was doing and did it quickly. He spent the entire day installing the unit in temperatures that were over 100 degrees and didn't stop until everything was done. We checked over HVAC services and his price was the best. Curt was more than willing to come to my house after hours to replace the capacitor on my condenser. He was very knowledgeable and even took the time to explain the job of each component. Would highly recommend.

Kurt is amazing, willing to take the time to do what is needed and take care of not only the problem but you. Because of warranty issues, and part availability he ultimately was unable to fix our problem, but this did not stop him from taking care of us. When he found that he couldn't do the work he called competing companies that would be able to help out to get us taken care of through that warranty. He even followed up the next day to make sure that everything was taken care of for us.

Kurt came to to check out my furnace on short notice, he was very fast and efficient. He is very pleasant to work with. The guy I had look at it 2 weeks prior couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, gave several scenarios of what it could be, but was gonna have another come look at, in which I was never able to get a response on when they were going to come back and look at it. Kurt was able to locate the problem easily and had it fixed and up in running in no time. I highly recommend Lakeside heating and Air.
