Kenny from Fannin Brothers House Painting did an outstanding job restoring my deck, which was in pretty rough shape. He and his crew carefully moved all my patio furniture and grill, thoroughly sanded off the old paint, and applied a fresh new coating that made it look brand new. Kenny even returned afterward to do touch-ups without hesitation. His service was impeccable, and he’s just an all-around great guy. I highly recommend him for any painting project.

Kenny was super responsive in not only getting me a bid, but also when it came to getting the work done. We were under a time crunch and he was great getting our back door repainted with the right paint and the trim to match.

Kenny and Travis have painted our house so many times that they have gotten used to my cooking. They are amazing. Clean, detail and results oriented. I recently needed some ceiling patch and paint from a leak They made it look like there was never a leak. They are also both super tall so they can reach all the high places. These guys did an AMAZING job! They were able to fit in our paint job last minute before the holidays. Kenny did high quality work for a great price unlike many other quotes I received in the area. Kenny was also so kind and very professional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for the job and I’m already planning to have them come back in the summer for the outside of my house.

Kenny and Travis did a great job on our house - inside and out. They are very easy to work with, show up when they said they would and work along at a good pace. They were helpful in the color theme selection process without being overbearing. We are delighted with the results! Kenny was also helpful in installing awnings that we had recovered with metal, as well as re-installing lighting around our front porch for a lawn party we had. The price was fair for the quality and finish we got. We highly recommend them.

I always get at least a few bids before I chose a contractor to work on my home. Fannin Bros wasn’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive. I had 2 contractors bid 50% more and one was %100 more. I was really impressed with Kenny and decided to go with these guys. They did an amazing job, completed the job when they said they would, and were professional from the time they started to when they finished. I would refer these guys to anyone.

I requested an estimate for some exterior painting. When I received it I was prepared to use Fannin Brothers so I requested that they send me a copy of their license and their liability insurance confirmation. I requested both by text and by phone. I have heard NOTHING back from them.
I don't know for sure, but it certainly appears as though they have neither a license or liability insurance.
BUYER BEWARE!

Kenny and his team did a fantastic job painting both the exterior and interior of our home. They were very good about scheduling and sticking to time commitments. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I think the value was good as well. I would highly recommend them for any painting job you might have!

Pleasant to work with, timely, and, I thought, excellent value, but quality was not what I desired. It took me 10-12 hours of work to remove paint from my solid floors, door knobs, refrigerator, and bath fixtures as surfaces were not adequately protected after I was assured they would be. There are fibers painted into my baseboards. Someone walked in paint through the entire house. Areas that were sanded were not cleaned up. Paint is not smooth in some areas. There is paint on the ceiling in some places. Some areas I requested to be repaired were not done to my satisfaction. For the cost, I wish my home had been better protected and cleaned up after and that the quality had been better.

Kenny gave us a good price, worked well in that budget, and completed the project on schedule. He was very pleasant to work with as we thought through what we wanted!
