I.Q. Construction replaced the roof on my home two years ago. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and good to work with. Our home is on a high-point in the city of Hastings, and this winter I noticed some shingles that had blown loose on the roof vent. I intended to call I.Q. Construction to ask if they would take a look, but I hadn't made the call yet. Yesterday, one of their employees knocked on my door. It turns out that the owner of I.Q. Construction had driven by our house and noticed the loose shingles and sent one of his guys over to do the repair. I couldn't be more impressed! Thank you!
