I can't say enough good things about my experience with Invision General Contracting! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond.
The team showed up on time, explained every step of the process, and completed the work ahead of schedule. Not only was the craftsmanship top-notch, but they also left the property spotless — you wouldn’t even know they were there, aside from the beautiful new roof!
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They used high-grade materials and even fixed a few hidden issues without adding extra charges. That kind of integrity is rare.

I highly recommend John and his crew. They started the roofing project on time, actually two days early, and they finished early. It wasn't the easiest of projects but the roof looks amazing and the clean up was excellent. The crew was very professional, friendly and efficient. And to our pleasant surprise, the final invoice was exactly what he quoted us..which was a very reasonable price. We would recommend Invision Contracting to anyone looking for a roofing company.

We got referred to Johns company through family. They were super pleased with the quality and pricing of their new roof. I reached out to John in the middle of selling our home for a roof quote. He answered promptly and gave me a quote with in an hour. I could tell he is kind and professional. We will gladly use his company again and happy to refer friends and family.

John saw me tackling my icy snow mountain at the end of my driveway and pulled in and asked if he could help with his plow truck. He quickly and expertly cleared mine and my neighbors driveway ends, just to be a good guy. Thanks John, you're a man for the people!

Excellent job at a great price. The company and crew are fantastic to deal with. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They also did a great job on cleanup. I would highly recommend the company if you need a new roof or repairs.

John bailed me out on a small job on second storey with leaky corners on gutter and rotten downspout insert. He was already working on a neighbour's house but still came over and completed the work. He was quick and efficient.

Excellent job(s) done. From the start showed up promptly to give a fair quote... from there not a long start date. Had new gutters put up on one house and a shop roof shingled. Finished both jobs efficiently, cleaned up and the team all worked together. Would totally recommend this team.

Had roof leak. John and Dusty were able to come out same day and repair the leaking boot and shingles before any major water damage could be done.

Have to get the roof fully redone in the coming years. Will be heavily considering them as the company to redo the roof/gutters etc.

They were quick to give a quote, and replaced my shed roof 2 days later. They showed up on time and ready to work. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and very communicative. l highly recommend.

I'm baffled by these positive reviews. We've had Invision replace the roofs on two of our buildings and both have failed and required repair or re-roofing by another contractor. Invision's work was shoddy at best and negligent. When asked to repair their work, they came back and did a haphazard job at remedying the issue which still required another contractor to fix. Our tenants, who happen to live with disabilities are mopping up puddles in their kitchen because the roof has failed. Invision installed a new roof on their home 2 years ago. Despicable! Do not let this contractor touch your home!

VERY happy with John & his crew with replacing my roof this summer. He took pictures of it so I could see the shape and the issues it was having. Probably could have put it off another year but didn't want to take the chance, and the price was great so I decided to cross it off my list of things. Would highly recommend Invision Contracting. :-)

Had my carport tar and gravel roof replaced with torch on. John called me back within 2 hours, provided a quote within days and his team showed up as said amd finished on time and the bill was exactly as quoted. John answered the phone when I called and was so professional and kind.
He even sent me process pictures as I was away the day they came.
When they were done I never found any debris left which was amazing with tar and gravel.
My neighbours even commented how impressed they were with the team and process.
Would 100% recommend this company.

We rented a skidsteer from Invision Contracting. They showed up on time and were very responsive to my messages. The prices were fair and the equipment worked as expected. I had no issues with the rental and would highly recommend. Will be using again.

We seen the roof being replaced down the street,it was amazing how efficiently it was being completed. THE results were Fantastic!! It was then my husband decided to to go over thereunder ask them to do our roof! We were totally happy with the quality workthe guys did!! Soo professional, courteous and on time and on budget!! These guys did a great job. They delivered what they promised and put up with me changing my mind on a couple things. they booked a date quickly for me which I really appreciated.

Super nice, responsive and quick. Repaired my roof on short notice and saved me having a leaky roof over the winter.

Despite my initial impressions of John and his team doing a great job on my roof - he has completely dropped the ball on a pretty major issue that had my roof torn / shorn by snow fall due to his installing part of the roof differently to the one he replaced.

I chased and chased and chased and he always said he'd get around to it, but never did - despite my willingness to pay for the additional work to fix it up and get it sorted.

I am now working with another contractor to get the issue resolved, and will not be working with Invision again and cannot in good faith recommend them.

This roofing crew was AMAZING! I've owned a few houses and used other roofing companies but this one is outstanding for professional work AND outstanding customer service - quiet (as possible), friendly and very personable. Really great Value and good experience.

John and crew took me from a year long roofing battle to an incredible experience of roofing all in one week. These guys are amazing!!! Real life heroes to me. Very highly recommend Invision Contracting.

Invision was the only roofer service to answer the phone , come do an estimate with quick response time out of appx 10 other companies who couldn’t bother showing up or calling back. I lucked out as this was a blessing in disguise as they are an excellent crew beginning to end. Went above and beyond to meet my insurance deadline for my new roof. John ( I believe an owner) very commited to customer satisfaction and his business as an owner.

John and Dusty fixed a bad roof repair that was previously done by another roofer who ghosted me. They were very polite and personable. John took pictures and showed me what was done before and explained what was wrong which caused my roof to leak. He then explained what they would do to rectify the situation and gave a quote which was reasonable. After fixing he took more pictures and showed me the work that was done.

John was very professional and the workmanship was excellent. Was very punctual and a job very well done. Good quality materials used and all aspects of job was done to perfection. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had Invision Contracting inspect and then remove and replace the very old roof on our Trail office. It is a steep pitched roof on an old heritage home and had been badly neglected for many years. John was responsive, helpful and on time. He provided great advice on various alternatives. The work was done in a timely fashion and with minimal disruption to our business. It was on budget and at a very reasonable price. The clean up was impeccable and John's crew as a courtesy even removed recycling and garbage that had nothing to do with them. I highly recommend this business!

We got abandoned by a poor roofing choice and I reached out on a Facebook for suggestions. When Invision was recommended several times, owner John sent a pm with his contact info and was as good as gold that day forward.
We are so grateful he and his crew kept us on schedule, went above and beyond our expectations, and were just an overall thoughtful tidy crew that we’re a joy to have on site.
Nice to know their is a company like this with such integrity!
