Very easy company to work with, great communication and transparency on everything! They replaced our roof, which they got approved by insurance, and then replaced our siding, front and back door, 2 new windows, and new gutters with gutter guards!! I highly recommend this company for all your exterior needs!!!

The men at Intelligent Exteriors have helped us with several improvement projects. What I liked the most was that they didn't hit me with a big price for everything that needed fixed. They prioritized by need. And we did one thing at a time. That made it affordable-we did the roof first, paid that, then did windows, paid that, etc. Took us 2 years, but we are making progress instead of doing nothing.
And I like that they have a physical address office in their building.

Intelligent Exteriors was the best experience I have ever had working with a contractor. They came out and explained all our options and brought samples for us to see. They worked with our insurance and handled all of it flawlessly. We actually had them do some extra items not on the insurance claim and their financing was excellent. This company went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased with everything that was done. I highly recommend this company for your siding, roofing or painting that needs to be done. They are one of the most honest companies I know. You wont be disappointed.
