From start to finish, it was just amazing, Megan and Ron and even, Mike were so kind respectful and very knowledgeable. I had such a bad experience in the past and they insured their service would be quality and it definitely was. I will be using them in the future Indefinitely.

I really can’t rave enough about the fabulousness of this handyman service! From the time I called they went above and beyond & within 24 hours of reaching out, they were here fixing a roof leak on my mobile home—on a Sunday no less, with rain forecasted for Monday.

As a homebound & disabled woman, I was particularly impressed with how considerate & accommodating they were. They worked within my needs, made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their communication was perfection—clear, thorough, and filled with genuine empathy that’s very rare to encounter these days.

Megrock did a great job on my enclosed porch. Did much repair, removed old carpeting & moldy pad from porch leaking. Put down
new pad & carpet cleaned all tracks reset doors & reinstalled handrail at entrance. Ron did excellent job & was very good about explaining anything that came up during process. He & "The Boss" Megan were great to work with. Highly recommend!!

We could not be more happy with our screened patio.
Ron and Megan are so professional and pay attention to the smallest of details.

Megrock is by far the best contractor we’ve ever dealt with. They communicated every step of the way, provided ETAs, kindly explained all options, provided estimates, and most importantly, did every single thing they said they would do. During the install, Ron demonstrated some manufacturer issue with the screen door we purchased on our own, provided links to the manufacturer’s website indicating it’s a known issue, and explained how me might correct this issue.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Going forward, Megrock will be our first and only call for any home improvement project. It’s rare to find someone you truly trust and respect like we do the kind folks at Megrock.

We hired Megrock to put in our kitchen handles and they turned out perfect! We did have to reschedule but understandable due to a hold up on another job due to weather. Would definitely hire again, great general contractor for things around the house!

Absolutely the best!! We’ve hand different handymen come and go in our house and I never felt fully satisfied with their work. Megrock Constructors is the complete opposite!! They were so easy to text with and they were flexible with my non flexible schedule. They were upfront about the cost and how long the project was going to be. They gave me options on different ways he could fix it.

Megrock came out and insulated my crawl space for me as I am not able to did an excellent job one day. Very pleased. Then he came out again and installed a storm door from me and did exceptional job on that too very pleased

These folks have been doing a tremendous job on every single project. From the first time I contacted them through each task , they have kept in constant contact with updated me throughout the progress. Hired to clean out gutters.
Front area was good.took pictures ..no pictures for back yard. All leaves were put in pile. Not acceptable per manager of mobile home park. Called and let megrock know about piles of leaves to be removed

I used MEGROCK Construction to redo my whole master bedroom. That included drywall repairs on my ceiling, walls and closets. I had my ceiling, walls and closets all painted. All my trim was also either replaced or painted. From the very beginning Ron and Megan made my whole experience very smooth and uncomplicated. The quote was broken down in to detail so that I could decide exactly what I wanted to do and the cost associated with it. Ron was very good about explaining everything and giving me options so I could decide what would work best for me financially. He also took pictures as he worked so I could see every step along the way. Everything turned out perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I would recommend them to any one that is looking for home repairs. I know I already have more projects lined up for the rest of my house.

Ron and Megan have been great! So glad we found them. Our project was to replace an interior door and to repair a different style of another interior door. The work was of high quality. Ron explained what his approach would be before starting and gave us options for how to proceed at different pricing levels. They were easy to connect with by phone / text and were extremely accommodating with respect to scheduling. The work was quoted in advance, giving us an idea of time-to-complete and cost. Based on this experience, we decided to ask them to quote a second, unrelated project. Looking forward to working with MEGROCK Constructors again!

A highly skilled professional general contractor. Ron is one of the best construction contractors I have had the pleasure to know. He is a true professional that is detail oriented, hard working, responsive, and super dependable. He is also a family man, family friendly, and a huge supporter of our military. I am honored to have family members buried at a national cemetery where he was contracted to fix and build brick Mausoleums, Columbariums, and viewing buildings. Excellent Service!!! I contracted Megrock to repair my garage stairs and re-stain them. Ron was very polite on time and completed the job in no time. Since, stairs have held up to the constant use. Megrock also re-hung a very high painting over the stairs. Many contractors turned down the job due to the height, stairs, and size of the painting. Ron came right in, told me it was not a problem and had the painting re-hung in less than 15 minutes. He made sure my floor was protected along with the wall. The attention to detail was on point!!!

I called MEGROCK for services to repair a rotting porch situation. Ron showed up and we talked about the costs and timing he completed the job in the time frame and it was professionally completed within estimate
Following that I called for a gutter situation. Again completed on time and within the estimate

I have a broken arm and needed help getting a few things done to move into a house. Found MegRock to help.
They were scheduled for 3 weekends to help me get things accomplished before I moved. I was to get a military discount of 10% - $55/hr minus 10% = @$50/hr. When technician got there he told me $60, then gave me a $5 discount to the original price of $55/hr - the advertised price. I wasnt pleased but needed the help.
The 1st weekend, the 1st day was a no show but I did get a call. He showed the 2nd day. He was putting up closet organizer and I was charged more than the cost of the organizer but at least it got installed.
The 2nd weekend, no show and no call or text. I contacted office and the recep said he was to call me - no calls. She later said he was still on another job, shouldnt she know where he is?. So I didnt get any help that weekend
The 3rd weekend, no show or call. To this day, still no calls or texts to see if I still need help, which I still projects to do.

The tech did good work, but was unreliable and undependable.

What surprised me, the 1st day the tech says - what you will find with this company is that we are honest and dependable. Well that isnt true.
