Owner Cole is phenomenal to work with, as well as his employees. They came out did all new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards. They had it knocked out in a matter of a few hours. And transformed the look of the house, prior to it going on the market for sale. Thanks, Cole and your employees.

Cole looked over the entire roof and concluded that it was serviceable for probably another five years so no need for a whole new roof at this time. We had a tree fall on our home in early March. Cole and the team at Freedom Roofing came out immediately to assess the damage and helped us every step of the way. Cole was on site the day the insurance adjuster came to do the initial assessment, and was beyond helpful during the walk through pointing out damages that did not pertain to the roof or gutters, that we would have otherwise missed. Cole and his team came out in June of 2022 and installed a new roof on our house. All went to plan, except they didn't install a roof vent that I had asked for in a section of the roof that was actually the main cause of the reroof. This was discussed at length during the initial inspection.

Some months after the job was complete we discovered condensation in the attic space where this vent was left out. Cole said he'd try to get his crew out to address it, but a few weeks later told me that they were quite busy and suggested that if we could go with a ridge vent, he could do that himself. I agreed that that would be acceptable.

He then ghosted me.

I texted him a couple weeks later "Have you forgotten us?", nothing. 2 months later now and when I texted him again, he replied that my number wasn't saved in his phone, who was this. I reminded him and am now being ignored again.

I thought he was a stand up guy in the beginning, but I'm having serious doubts now. If this is a something that will require a negotiation, that's one thing, but to completely ignore a customer who paid you over 15K for a job, that's really not good customer service.

Cole came and assessed our damage quickly. Even met with the insurance adjuster the next week. When he found out our insurance would not pay for a new roof, Cole did not return our phone calls, emails or texts to schedule a repair. We waited well over 2 weeks for a response, meanwhile our roof was still leaking. Beware if you just need a repair, it appears they are only after large $$ makers. When we replace our roof in 2 years we will not be calling Freedom Roofing.
