Joe, Jason and Trey were able to get us in last minute for a new liner for my grandmothers house. When the sale went thru faster than we expected, they were able to get out to us and fit us into there busy schedule..it was a relief and they made the process so easy and seamless. This project was challenging for several reasons, but the team planned for all contingencies and they did a magnificent job of installing the stove. Joe at integrity Home and Chimney first came to repair a wood fire place at my home in Essex, CT. He was awesome, he knew it was important to me to have it up and running for Christmas so he came on the weekend to make sure it was done on time.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They did a very thorough cleaning of my pellet stove on short notice after another vendor cancelled my scheduled cleaning last December. I also felt a noticeable difference after this cleaning compared to previous ones with other vendors. I also called them when I had some weather-related damage and they found time to come see me and get the information I needed for the insurance company.
Anytime I contact Joe he is really quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

Joe and Jason from Integrity Home and Chimney are true professionals. On day 1 they conducted a detailed multi hour inspection of our chimney, fireplace and furnace with photographs. They provided a detailed written estimate and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed. They replaced the chimney, installed a stainless steel sleeve in the flue, and added a custom made cap. The finished job looks great and cleanup was second to none. These guys know their business and treat you like you’re their only customer. We highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Integrity Home & Chimney. From the first phone call to the end of our service, Joe & Jason were extremely friendly, very informative, and very on top if it. We also didn't have to wait a long time for an appointment with them. They fixed our problems and went above and beyond to be sure we were all set with our fireplace, even staying while we lit a fire to check out their handiwork. They were very respectful of our floor as well and laid out carpet everywhere so they wouldn't get any dirt on our rug.
