Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life and I have lived in 3 different states. Gave them chance after chance to right the wrongs they created in their fast installments. They fixed some cut corners they thought I wouldn't notice... but in the end I've had new gutters that have been leaking in an area for almost 1.5 yrs. They'd come fix it and it'd last anywhere from days to few months and would start leaking again. Said they'd come out and clean gutters try to fix it permanently but never came when they said, never called. The lack of communication and care for some customers over others with bigger profits seems to be why. Considering we gave them almost 70,000 in less than two years, I would've thought our service would have been just as important as others, esp. being we called for multiple issues on different things installed. Sadly, we were wrong and will never make that mistake again in using them. Next time we'll go with the more expensive company to make sure the money is well spent and done correctly the first time without multiple trips out and issues left unresolved. Extremely disappointing experience overall.

Had a neighbor's tree fall on my property, damaging my fence, garage, and home. Integrity Exterior Solutions was quick with both the estimates and work completed. Greg Snider helped me through the entire process, even dealing with my uncooperative insurance company and their misquoted prices. Ended up with more covered through insurance than they originally wanted to pay for, and Greg was very thorough in contacting insurance and being very communicative with me. Even when contacting other fencing contractors (3 other contractors) they were more expensive and weren't available for 4+ months out. Greg was able to get everything done within days of being approved by insurance. I'll be recommending I.E.S. to anyone that needs work done on their home or property. Thank you Greg and I.E.S. great work done and it's very obvious they care about their customers!

$650 for a small shingle blow off repair job. I figured they would overestimate having not seen it before coming to do the repair. But after completing the job I asked if that warranted a $650 repair and they made no changes. At least I got a 90 day “guarantee”. I was quoted $200 from another company that called while Integrity was on my roof already. Wish I would have waited.

It was a pleasure working with Integrity Exterior Solutions. Luke was very professional and polite with the whole ordering process. Eugene and his installation guys were very pleasant and thorough answering any questions we had. Thank you for the nice experience.

Luke who works for Integrity came from Lincoln to give me a great bid to add a third car garage to the side of our house. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. That night our real estate agent called and said a house had come on the market that had everything we had been looking for. We literally had given up on a new house and were just going to make improvements on ours. We made an offer on the new house and sellers took it. The next day because we were inside the 72 hour rule to cancel. I called Integrity and told them we no longer needed to add a garage because we would be selling our house as is. Tom the owner refunded my deposit promptly and in person with no questions. To me that is Integrity and I will call them with any construction needs I have in the future. Not only because of no hassle refund. Its because the bid I got on the 3rd car garage was so good. They even gave me great bids on new windows as well. Im sorry I had to bail but they will get a call from me in the future. I own some rental houses as well and no company in Omaha gives me the customer service as they did from Lincoln. Thanks again Tom and Luke. I will recommend you guys to anyone I know needing exterior work done.

These guys are the real deal. They built a whole dealership from ground up! Don’t let me tell you about, let the pictures speak for them selfs.

No integrity in word of mouth. The new garage build took 6 months when they stated 4-6 weeks when signing the contract. Concrete footings took 4 trys before it passed inspection. Ufer ground was not done. They tried to cover it up and drilled through the side of the footing wall. Prior to the inspection, the trusses fell off of the wall structure. Framing inspection showed that the trusses were missing the 2x6s that secure them together. Window was rated for the south climate. Subcontractor frustration about not getting paid. Concrete floor cut lines are wavy. Walk-in door installed without shims, which was fixed after I pointed it out. I could go on, but the point is made. No integrity. Poor quality. I strongly discourage using this company for any projects.

I see the owners response. The lack of integrity was reinforced when Tom offered $500 to remove my post. I asked what was untrue about the post. Nothing in the post is untrue. So, my response was for $5,000 as I didn't expect he would pay it. Since the completion of the garage, I have had to fix shingles, and the concrete is cracked. Poor quality.

A quick update. Integrity did reach out to see if I would change my review. After numerous discussions, they agreed to replace the cracked concrete and address the water coming in around the overhead door. The crew that came out were not concrete guys. While there were only 2 squares to be replaced, the concrete still got away from them before they could finish. It looked pretty bad, and Tom said that they would redo it. So he sent a different crew to do the work. This time, it was an acceptable outcome. The attempt to fix the water issue around the garage door didn't go well either. It still leaks on both ends. Rather than fighting through this, I just told them not to worry about it, and I would fix it myself. So, they did the same thing this time as they did during the initial build. Kudos for trying, but this reinforced my stance that this company is one that I do not recommend.

After an initial hiccup, Dan was great at helping us out with our siding repairs. They really do care about service. They even went above and beyond to fix another minor issue. We will definitely be contacting Integrity when we are ready to replace our siding, but in the meantime, they did a great job on some much needed repairs!

Integrity came out and gave me a quote for new windows after chatting with them at the home show. Incredibly professional, punctual and the deal they came up with was more than fair. I would recommend them 100%

one of the sales reps, Trevon, came out to schedule us an inspection. They showed up on time and were organized, while giving us an honest quote in a timely manner. Trevon made sure to call back to keep in touch with us

I had integrity install a new sliding glass door on my house. This was in 2021, when there were supply chain issues all a cross the board. They communicated well, and let me know what kind of timeline to expect. When the day came to rip out the old glass door, do some stuff to the framing, and install the new door, it was done in less than a day. There was a small mistake made when the door was installed, but Dan worked hard to make it right.

Needed a minor gutter repair. I got the runaround from a couple of other companies so I decided to reach out to Integrity… I received same day service within a couple of hours and the work was done efficiently and professionally and for an extremely fair price. I recommend to friends and family and I will be using them again in the future!

I worked with "Dan" at Integrity Solutions through the whole process, start to finish. He was completely professional, on time, meticulous about the removal & install of our patio door, cleaned up any mess that was left & hauled it all off. He even came back a second time to make sure everything was good & if I had any questions. I will call him again when we need our windows replaced, with no hesitation!

Integrity repaired the siding on my house and did an excellent job. They not only did the repair but they found the cause of the damage and fixed that as well! The workers were pleasant and well mannered and left the property neater and cleaner than they found it.

I have purchased roof cover do many times for my roof siding, but none of them were long-lasting, finally, I bought one from Integrity Exterior Solutions and It is of very quality and it has been a long time since I purchased that, it is still the same as I have purchased that.

This company is SO GREAT! My entire experience from start to finish was amazing! Not to mention the price and quality of work was wayyyyy beyond what I expected! Hands down the best place to go for any home improvement needs!

Edit: I was asked to edit my review by the company after they returned the money I had paid out to them for the shed that they were not able to complete. It is currently July and the roof and gutters have been completed. I have not received the second half of the money to pay IES from the insurance company as they only gave me the paperwork a day ago. But I am honestly unsure if the additional "access fees" that they tacked on of over 3,000 dollars in addition to the remaining supplemental payment will be covered. I stick by the majority of my original post. Was the roof eventually completed? Yes. Was the process hassle free and convenient in any way? No. Would I go with the same company for further work? Unlikely. Would I recommend to family, friends, and coworkers? Nope. I am not saying that the people that work at IES are unkind or rude. But the communication issues definitely didn't lend to a good relationship. I honestly believe that if I hadn't written my original post I would still be getting the run-a-round. And that's honestly a shame. Maybe the next customer will have better luck.

Original: I signed that contract and then it was like pulling teeth to get them to actually do the work. No communication from the rep Nick. They were supposed to replace a shed which still hasn't been completed, as well as replace the roof (which they left half complete for a week because they didnt order enough material), and the gutters. They would not communicate when contractors were coming. I signed the contract in April and it is now June, and they still haven't finished the roof (they covered up the old flashing instead of replacing it as stated by the contract). Apparently they havent even ordered the materials for the shed and they keep trying to shoehorn me into options that get them the best profit and me the worse deal. I have been left for days and weeks without a message or call back on the status of my project. Not to mention they demolished my poor lilac bushes. This has been a truly awful experience. I would not recommend. They do not care about anything but their own bottom line.

I talked to several window installers. After talking to Luke, we decided to go with this company. We were given a fair price and I am confident we will be happy with our new windows.

I bought my windows here at a very great price. They work hard to get you the Financing you need. Their windows are one of the best on the market, if NOT the best. Before you go anywhere else first go here.

The finished product looks awesome. Getting there was a little headache. If I would have known that they contract the work out and don't answer their own phones I probably would have went with a different company. Left a ton of screws around my yard and driveway which seems like the first thing they'd take care to avoid. Smeared caulk on my sidewalk around downspout instead of wiping on their own rag.

We had hail damage... ugh! Jason was awesome getting us a bid and working with insurance. Roofers were quick and did a great job.

Jason from Integrity went out of his way multiple times to help us when we were having problems with our insurance company. We appreciated his perservance in helping us and his quick response time. Roof looks great of course!

A+ Company. I recently hired them to take care of some storm damage on my home after the April 2020 storm. I worked with Jason on my project and I could not have more good things to say about him. He was very punctual, honest and walked me through the whole process. Everything turned out fabulous and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Our experience with Integrity was the worst we’ve had with a construction company. Poor planning/management, quality of work, and lack of communication were all issues. We signed a contract in early March with Integrity for siding, gutters, deck and patio. Issues were experienced throughout the project, too many to list them all. The major issues…Deck torn off on May 28th and completed Aug. 3rd. Deck is the wrong size but we did receive a small credit after asking for one. Patio torn up in early June, completed Aug. 26th. Patio had to be poured twice because Integrity left it a mess and incomplete the first time.

In the end, did we get what we contracted for?…yes, but it wasn’t worth it. We dealt with materials in our driveway or dumpsters in the street for 5 months and a backyard that was torn up for 3 months. As a customer, we shouldn’t have to manage the project and stay on top of it. Integrity only showed up once to check on our project without us requesting it. Once the siding and gutters were complete, it appeared the rest of the project would get done at their convenience. Integrity indicated there were not available contractors, but that issue disappeared with the deck and concrete when we complained loud and long enough. There were plenty of excuses, but never an apology or ‘thank you’ until after the final bill was paid. Not what you would expect from a company named “Integrity”.

We love the covered porch that was added to the front of our house. Todd and Marilyn were very professional in the construction and workmanship. They did a great job of communicating with us, sharing their ideas and answering any questions. They made sure the site was cleaned up every night. Matt Shullaw was our sales rep, and offered outstanding customer service during the build. He routinely checked with us to make sure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. Scheduled appointment for estimate on three different occasions, and no one ever showed up at the scheduled times or notified me in advance that a conflict had occurred. The first time, the explanation was an issue with the online scheduling software, even though I had received a confirmation email with the correct date and time. The second time, I agreed to move the appointment to 90 minutes after the originally scheduled time to accommodate convenience for the company only to be called after the rescheduled appointment time saying there was a "miscommunication." Shortly after, I heard from the manager who wanted to confirm that I had received the estimate and ask if I had questions. He indicated that the problem was that it was a late afternoon appointment the day before a holiday, even though the company requested to move the appointment later in the day. I was told that I would be emailed a preliminary estimate and rescheduled an in-person appointment a few days later. They called a day before the scheduled appointment to tell me they were on the way. I indicated the rescheduled date and time that had been agreed upon, and no one showed up the next day. Still have not heard anything from the company. Seems as though there are communication and/or organizational issues. I certainly understand that things happen from time to time, but three no-show appointments is concerning.

Integrity Exterior Solutions did a great job on the gutters for our new construction. Within a day of contacting them, they came out to do a quote and started work the next week! High quality work and very friendly employees. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Lori was fantastic and gracious throughout the process. She was quick to respond and followed through on her word. She was a pleasure to work with, and I could not recommend further.

I had needed a new roof for years and kept putting it off because it seemed like a such a big undertaking. Tom and Jason made the entire process quick and easy, even when some unexpected issues came up. The crew was great as well. Roofing is messy while it's happening, but by the time they were gone there wasn't a trace left. Well, except for my beautiful new roof!! Thanks guys!

I hired Integrity Exterior Solutions to replace some siding on my house, they matched the existing siding perfectly at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their house.

Met for an hour for estimate for 4 improvements and repairs. Received no response for two weeks. Met a different person for a second estimate, no response for another two weeks. Finally got an estimate after I called them 3 times. I was not happy with the extreme price. I wish they would have just told me they weren't interested in the work to begin with instead of wasting my time.

They were right on the spot but if you have a satellite dish which needs to be put back up that took 4 days when he said it would be replaced the same day and I had to keep calling about. Parked dumpster in our driveway with flat tire and blocked our car in and we finally got them to pull in out after 4 days. Did most of the work on Saturday didn't come back until Tuesday. Dan didn't even know they were there until we called and said something to him. The one side of the siding was supposed to be replaced instead they took off some of the good siding on the neighbors. We own a townhome.

They did great work in a timely manner. Dan made the entire process run smoothly and easy. I would ask for him again.

We contacted Integrity to bid the removal of hail damaged skylights in our building and to replace them with metal. Integrity was prompt in sending out people to bid the job.

When Greg came out to bid the skylight replacement he pointed out that we had hail damage on the whole roof of the building and it would probably warrant replacement. He also noticed some hail damage to the house as well and advised us to contact our insurance company about the damage.

After setting up an appointment for the insurance adjuster to look at the house and building damage. Integrity sent Greg out to work through the insurance inspection and adjustment process with the adjuster. They worked very well together on our behalf.

Integrity worked with our insurance company in a very expedient manor. Once we received the check they got materials ordered and delivered
surprisingly fast. They had the roofs replaced very quickly well done. The cleanup was done before they left and it was difficult to tell anyone had done any work at all.

We now have a good looking, brand new roof on both the house and building. We wouldn't think twice about using Integrity Exterior Solutions again. The quality and speed with which they got the job done was the best experience we've had.

With some of the reviews on here, I decided to call and try and schedule a estimate to replace a few wood siding planks on my house. I called the first time and had someone say they would get to it later that day and would call me back with the price. I never herd back from them. I called again the next day multiple times and only got a voicemail. Eventually some called me back and said they were sorry and would get to it later that day. 2 days went past and still no one came out to give me an estimate. I decided to give them one last chance and talked to a different person who said he would get to it again later that same day. It's now been 5 days and no one has called me back. Horrible service.
