Every time I go in I'm always greeted with a "Hi, how are you doing today, is there anything I can help you with" not just by one person but multiple people and it doesn't sound rehearsed or forced like big box stores in Elizabethtown. They are ready to help you with any questions again unlike the big box stores in Elizabethtown where you have to track someone down only to be told "Let me see if I can find someone who works in that department" and then no one shows up. The pricing is very reasonable and for the personal service you receive I will continue to use this store.

Always friendly and willing to help. Every time I visit, I get the help I need, sometimes the front desk staff is not familiar with my inquiry, but they always find the answer. There’s always a smile there to greet you.

IntegriBilt has been great to work with! Me and my husband have been designing/building our home over the past year and a major centerpiece to our home was this oversized door we had envisioned. As we did more research we found that the door style we had in mind was hard to find, and the ones we did find were expensive. Travis at IntegriBilt helped us design our dream door at a fraction of the cost and it arrived quickly! Not only did they help us get the door we wanted, but they also have been very handy and helpful with other items we find that we need throughout the building process and it saves us from having to make a longer trip to Etown. Thankful to have such a great small business close by!

A great local hardware and lumber store. They always seem to have what I'm looking for and they carry a lot of specialty products that other don't. The owners and employees are always friendly and eager to help. They definitely go the extra mile.

Always able to find exactly what we are needing at Integribilt. Prices are low, employees very nice, hours are convenient. We recently ordered French doors for our back patio. They helped us pick out the one that was right for us, and even delivered. Price wise, they beat their competitors. We are customers for life!

I would highly recommend stopping here your next hardware run. Prices were very reasonable. This store has absolutely anything you need and was very helpful in assisting me with my issue. Don’t waste the time and gas. This place has what you need.

Amazing service and site work, couldn’t ask for better!! Extremely happy with the crew and the work they patio roof they added on my home. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again.

Literally the best prices in town there prices on screws and garden tools are almost half price of home Depot and are the same product. I really like this place and they are extremely friendly.

I used to think this was just a custom framing and truss company... BOY WAS I WRONG! This place is an AMAZING, fully-stocked, hardware store, and lumbar yard. They carry a huge selection of DeWalt tools, and bits of those hard to find items. The staff is way more helpful and knowledgeable than the box stores. Wish I had stopped in sooner. Will be doing all my business with them going forward. They also match the box stores' 10% military discounts.

From trusses, to lumber, framing crews and also a hardware store open now with everything you could ever need. One stop shop for anything you could possibly need for construction. This company is solid—- they have the best customer service, the best technology and by far the best products available custom made to spec. I highly recommend IntegriBilt for framing, wall panels- floor panels - or if you want to design a custom home these guys have software that actually let you see your house before it is built. 5 stars —- unbeatable!!
