They deserve a 0. Unresponsive and worst customer service ever. They do not reply your calls. Do not recommend this Company. Do your research and do not believe what their web page says. Just 1 month of my installation and there is a roof leak , I know this things can happen, but ISO unresponsiveness and lack of commitment is impressive.
