Al was absolutely amazing and 100% professional the entire time from start to finish! The schedule was met exactly as he said it would be and the cleanup afterwords was unreal! They came back multiple times to make sure everything was picked up.. During the inspection after the install, something was found and they arrived on a Saturday morning at 7am to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company to everyone! Al is amazing!!!!

I highly recommend them. The service was great and quick. They were able to reroof my roof 4 days after we told them we were going to use them. The owner is very personable and honest. The crew does an amazing job. Also the prices were very reasonable. They cleaned up.

Alvaro offered a competitive price and worked with the materials we preferred. Install was soon after we paid our deposit and work was done in 2 days. Can't say enough good things about this company. Based on my experience with Al Garcia and Integrated Roofing Solutions & Consulting deserves the highest business rating. Al knew we were anxious to leave town for awhile so he arranged to work us into his schedule earlier. The job required replacing 11sheets of plywood and with that repair requirement he still finished their work in one day. The work was professional as was his professional conduct. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrated Roofing Solutions & Consulting Company for any roofing job.

They are clean and knowledge on roofing. They are so fast to do the job, I like the, is a company I can trust.

Roofing is such an expensive homeowners cost but equally as needed. I went from the wooden shingles to something that would protect my home. Al and team did it record time and that roof is still staying strong!

I normally don't leave reviews but I had integrated roofing come and reroof my house and not only did they do a great job. They left it super clean. They were on time and great communication.
Then I had a second opportunity to use them on a smaller commercial building of mine. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive, they were just fair and did quality work. And again they left the place like nobody had ever even been there. To me, that's really important. The last thing I wanna do is to have to go and clean up a mess after a contractors done. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality work

I can't say enough good things about this company. From the moment we contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. The quality of work of their work was exceptional. We love the final result and so happy with the workmanship of his crew. Al was great to work with and everything he promised was done and completed in two days. The young man that they use for the Solar removal was excellent and was so careful with everything.
They cleaned up everything around our house and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof.

This company took payment in full, and will not return to finish the job or return the money for incomplete work. They have set work dates and then no-showed at least 5 times. We purchased new rain gutters from them which were sitting next to our house waiting to be installed. They came back and stole the rain gutters we already paid for without any explanation. At best they are incompetent and at worst they are crooks.

We live on a 20 year old sub division and over the past two years most houses have replaced their roofs. Our neighbor recommended Integrated roofing solutions and explained the difficulties she’d had getting contractors to even turn up to give her a quote. We phoned “Al.”, he arrived on time and gave us a detailed bid which also included his business license and insurance. The bid was competitive, but, in our opinion what set them apart was having compared them to the various other crews who had worked on houses on our street. Our roof is 2,741 square feet and they were completely finished within less than a day. Before starting work, they placed tarps around the whole house. The finished roof is gorgeous, the crew spent a considerable amount of time ensuring that all trash had been picked up and they even retrieved a plastic wrapper which had blown into the upper part of a neighbor’s tree.

Had great experience and Taylor kept me informed and updated on everything and the job was done in quick manner and looks great

Had an appointment scheduled to get an estimate on a full roof replacement at 2pm, but they never showed up and didn't call.

Al called nearly an hour later to try to reschedule, but I let him know I wasn't interested in rescheduling with them after already sitting around waiting for them for an hour. I had already scheduled other things around an appointment they never showed up for in the first place, so I wasn't about to let them waste any more of my time.

My wife called to get an estimate to have a hole patched in our roof and our fascia replaced. They were very responsive on the call and Scott came out the same day to look at our issues. He was kind and appeared to be knowledgeable. He promised to send back a quote that same night (also stating that the work could likely be done this weekend) via email and gave me his business card as he left.

Two days later and multiple follow up attempts via phone and email from us and absolutely no response from Scott or anyone at the business, except the receptionist on the phone who told us she would look into it (no contact back yet). We've been completely ghosted by Scott, which has now set us back on our repair since we'll have to go find another company that has availability to quote us and schedule the job.

We're confused by the situation and would love to hear from the business to see if there is some type of misunderstanding on our part. But at the very least, the non-communication is unprofessional. We would at least like to be told "we can't do the job because ______"

I would be happy to remove or amend this negative review if the situation can be made right by the business.

The professionalism of Integrated Roofing Solutions & Consulting is exceptional. Scott is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Follows up and is true to his word. Al the owner also came to the site multiple times to check on the quality of the work they do. I highly recommend this group to do a amazing job. Ray on Scenic Drive.

Integrated roofing was referred to us by a friend and couldn't be happier with the service and quality of our new roof. I've worked with many contractors and have never received a better experience!

Integrated Roofing Solutions did my grandparent’s roof in one day by 3pm. They were happy with the results and loved how easy the process was. When the crew members left they were surprised at how clean they left their property. Thank you Roofing Solutions!

We scheduled an estimate, took off work to be there for the estimate and were notified mere minutes before the appointment that due to a “scheduling” conflict we’d need to reschedule. We confirmed extensively that this wouldn’t occur if we rescheduled. We did reschedule and again took off work to be there for the estimate and this time we were just stood up without any notification. When we called, we were essentially brushed off and said, “good luck finding a different company”. If this is how they treat potential customers, I’d hate to see what their repair quality looks like. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that actually values customer service.

Had a very good experience with Scott and his crew a lot of work was done in a short time (striped 4 layers of old shingles re sheeted and roofed)the crew was great and very knowledgeable work was completed as promised would recommend to anyone follow up was done and all touch ups seen too

They did a great job on my house. Roof looks awesome. Only took half the day to do it. I have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood!

I can't believe how fast and beautifully they replaced my roof. This is a big house (over 5000 sq ft). They started about 7 am and where completely finished, including cleanup by 4 or 5 pm. Roof looks great. Scott was amazing to work with.

We paid a premium to Integrated Roofing to re-shingle our home because they stated they were GAF certified, and we wanted to be sure we were getting a quality roof with quality installation. We were told we would have a full crew in and about within a couple of days.
The following is what we experienced:
1) 2 roofers, speaking poor to no English with little experience taking over 2 weeks to complete
2) It was a recover yet they started removing shingles and tearing off freeze membrane. My husband stopped them and the new owner came out with replacement freeze membrane for the section they removed and got them back on track.
3) They incorrectly installed shingles over the old ridge caps, so they had to remove and re-install correctly.
4) They re-installed the heat tape in such a way that they shoved most of it in the gutters rather than appropriately attaching it to the shingles. Not only would this have been ineffective, but it was also fire hazard. They sent an experienced person back to re-do the job.
5) They left garbage and handfuls of nails in the rain gutters, dented an exterior stucco wall, dented rain gutters in several places, discarded nails and shingles all around the house.
6) When replacing the vent caps, the one to our upstairs furnace was incorrectly installed (pushed down too tight) which resulted in shutting down our furnace in November and (per the HVAC company) was close to causing carbon monoxide poisoning. On November 15, the salesman said they would reimburse us for the HVAC bill. We followed up the second week of December with the owner. The owner said he would cut a check either on Dec. 15th or Dec. 27th. To date, we have not received the reimbursement nor has he responded to requests for an update.

For us, it is not about the cost of the HVAC service call, it’s about integrity. Integrity that was lacking starting with the promise of a full crew and a couple of days to finish.

Overall, we expected a much more professional job than what we received and have been disappointed many times over. My husband spent a large of amount of time monitoring their work, because there was no supervision. If he hadn’t, we would have had a larger mess. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Integrated Roofing to any one at this time.
