On a LATE Saturday night in our downstairs I heard something leaking. Once I observed the issue, we had a water leak! Our whole ceiling was leaving water and we had no idea where this leak was coming from! I called a neighbor they came over in which recommend we call Jonathan at Inspire General Contracting. We did.

He came right over in the middle of the night, figured the leak out, told us the steps we needed to take with our insurance, and what he recommended to do. Jonathan immediately started to work with my insurance, started repairing, and getting our home back to normal. At this time is was a two weeks from Christmas! I was so worried, but Jonathan and even his wife Grace was reassuring the whole time. They executed and we were back in our home for the holidays to celebrate!

Jonathan worked diligently with my insurance, as they were happy with his new technology when submitting our claims! His crew had respect, were clean, answered questions, cleaned their work area up each day, and had respect for our home as if it was theirs.

Jonathan was absolutely vital for the entire process of getting our roof replaced. He was involved from day one with our insurance company and even met with the adjuster when he came to look at it. The workers did a great job and it looks amazing. We have solar panels which had to come down before the job and put back on after they were done (Jonathan took care of contacting the company to schedule the panel removal and installation) and the panel guys said it was a quality job that Inspired did with the roof!!! The job was quick and there was little time between when we contacted Inspired and when the roof was done.
