Chris is an awesome dude and very thorough inspector! We had him do an inspection last fall and thought extremely highly of him so much that we asked for his services again by name. I can’t speak to the other inspectors around the island but we will always seek out Chris due to his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail.

Chris inspected our new home in Kapaa in September. He was very thorough down to outlets, faucets, spigots, and roof tiles. His inspection report is detailed with pictures of issues or potential issues and where they are located in the house. It was so detailed and easily understood that we really didn’t have a need for a call with him. Very awesome inspector.

Chris Berg recently completed a home inspection for a client. He was very professional, thorough in his inspection, and the turn around time for the written inspection report was quick.

Chris Berg was the inspector and he performed an outstanding job and found some issues within the residence that the previous inspector missed. He went throughout the house and underneath to check key areas that cause problems and found a drainage issue that was leaking through the floor. In addition, his report was very detailed and provided important recommendations for immediate repairs and other items that should be addressed in the future. He did a fantastic job and I would be more than happy to use his services again.
